Prior to arriving at Seton Hall, David worked for 25 years in the University of Pittsburgh libraries, providing essential support in circulation, reference, interlibrary loan, information literacy, special collections, and serials management. Career highlights include receiving the 2017 University Library System (ULS) Staff Excellence Award, participating in the HathiTrust Copyright Review Program, and serving as co-chair of the ULS Planning &amp; Budget Committee. David also worked for many years as a part-time librarian at the Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh; he received a Master of Library and Information Science degree in 2001 and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology in 1997, both from the University of Pittsburgh. </p>
