<p>In this episode, I’m sharing the personal moment when I realized my burnout wasn’t just about being tired — it was about how much I had been relying on my own strength instead of truly surrendering to God.</p>
<p>I had been stuck in the cycle so many high-performing women know well: pushing harder, overthinking everything, trying to fix it all and still ending up overwhelmed, emotionally drained and disconnected from the peace I so desperately wanted. My lack of work-life balance was affecting my heart, my home, my marriage and my motherhood.</p>
<p>But that breaking point? That’s exactly where God met me.</p>
<p>This episode is an honest conversation about burnout, self-sufficiency, work-life boundaries and what it looks like to let Jesus rebuild you from the inside out. If you’ve been feeling stretched thin, constantly distracted, spiritually dry or like you’re showing up for everyone else while losing yourself in the process, I want you to know: you are not alone.</p>
