While There's Time is a conversation about community, healthcare, and the people who hold both together here in the Four Corners. Hosted by Vince Moffitt, CEO and owner of Basin Health Companies, the show sits down with the caregivers, team members, and neighbors who make this region a place worth staying. Basin has cared for local families since 1992 through home health, hospice, personal care, and the Basin Good Neighbor Foundation, always with one goal: helping people live with dignity, comfort, and independence in the place they call home. These are honest, unhurried conversations about showing up for one another, while there's time.

Welcome to the very first episode of While There's Time. Basin CEO and owner Vince Moffitt is joined by Tyrell Jim, a newer member of the team and Basin's Outreach and Referral Coordinator, for an honest conversation about who Basin Health Companies is and the people it serves.

Tyrell shares his own path: growing up in Two Grey Hills, earning a master's in public health, and following his late mother's encouragement to come home and serve his community. Vince traces his journey from a career in the fire service and disaster response to stepping in and carrying forward the family business his parents founded in 1992.

Together they walk through the four ways Basin cares for local families: home health that helps people recover and stay out of the hospital, hospice that supports patients and their families with comfort and dignity, personal care that lets people remain safely at home, and the Basin Good Neighbor Foundation, which makes sure care is never out of reach for those who cannot afford it. They also talk about the culture behind the work, from treating employees like the company's true customers to the wellness program, volunteer matching, and community traditions like Christmas in May.

At its heart, this episode is about something simple: investing your time, energy, and kindness in the place you call home, while there's time.
