One of the hardest things to do in life is to walk by faith. Like Peter walking on the water, troubles come along, we doubt in our heart, and before we know it we’re drowning. This is a reminder to hold your focus on Jesus.

Revival is possible because Jesus is the resurrection. To prison door stands open, and all we must do is take up our cross and follow Jesus. In this episode I continue to think out loud about this journey of the church, the process of maturing together as we each follow Christ. The church doesn’t have to be stuck wandering in the wilderness. As we look forward to the day of God, we speed it’s coming.

In this podcast I’m continuing to think out loud about what revival is. Can we expect to find revival outside of abiding in the truth? Our lives will show us a correlation between our physical life and the spiritual reality that undergirds it. So we learn to endure hardship as discipline. Responding to God’s word means being exposed by the light, and everything that is exposed by the light becomes light. Our faith is to be ever increasing, until we find the end of our hope.

The historical story of the church is one of staying awake to the big picture. Just like Jesus’ disciples feel asleep when Jesus asked them to watch and pray, so does the church. The Spirit is willing but the flesh is weak. In this episode I ramble on about his trend.
