There is only one Tree Hill and for two years and 8 seasons that has been our home each week we come together to podcast. Now we find ourselves entering Tree Hill for one last season of 13 episodes, yet don’t expect the show to ride off into the sunset without one last thrill ride for long time fans. Tragedy will strike this town, and death will come with it. Familial relationships will be as complicated as ever. Old faces will return, some just to help out in a crisis, some to usher in new love triangles and others to say one last goodbye. Someone is creeping around Tree Hill, while a new café threatens little ol’ Karen’s café. Fire, guns, anger, drugs, PTSD and crying come long before the show bids adieu. There is only one Tree Hill and hopefully it will remain a place these characters call home. 9 years is a long time for any show and now we sit and begin to say good bye.

The kids of Tree Hill have grown up, but that doesn’t necessarily mean that things have changed. Sure, this small town has definitely been upgraded to feature some pretty glam people and there is no denying the soap opera that season 6 becomes (Stay Out Of It, Nick Lachey!) but no matter how many dogs sit around in waiting rooms or celebrity cameos we get, there’s something we can all relate to here; dreaming that we are meant to do great things and giving in to love. Buckle up as Season 6 takes us on ride that ends up taking some beloved characters into the sunset and leads us to all chase our dreams a little more.

4 years, 6 Months and 2 days. That's how long it's been since the end of high school/season 4 and since our Tree Hill crew wrote their names on the rivercourt proclaiming they'd all be back and nothing will have changed. Boy were they wrong! (Sorta anyway) Season 5 of One Tree Hill begins with a flashforward that most definitely changes the way you'll watch the show. Now young adults with their high school drama behind them, our favorite Tree Hillers have gone on to do great things... maybe. Have the kids we known for 4 fast paced, drawn out high school seasons acheived their dreams or have they fallen flat on their faces? it's time to find out! Isn't there an old adage that states "The more things seems to change, the more they stay the same"? That certainly applies to the residents of Tree Hill in season 5. Sure, things have moved forward, but these kids still don't have it figured out. Of course season 5 brings us all the Tree Hill things we love; Love Triangles, Evil Parents, Psychos, Music, Basketball and Weddings. Sure we've jumped 4 years ahead, but trust us it's sorta feels like we never left high school behind this season. Strap in as One Tree Hill reaches 100 epsiodes and beyond this season and we talk all about it!
