Letting go is probably the most difficult thing to do and yet, it is the secret to allowing everything you want to come to you.

We are so used to controlling everything. And it is in control that we are delaying the manifestation of what we want.

Controlling is trying to force the hand of the Universe or God. To want things to happen our way, and it might not be the best way for all concerned.

That is the intention of the universe. To let you have what you want, without harming anyone or anything. We cannot see beyond our life. We cannot see the effect of what we want on others. Not to say that your intention is to harm anyone. But there is a much bigger picture at play, that we don’t have access to.

Letting go means to let go of being attached to the outcome. Almost always, things come to us in ways that surprise us and that we would never have thought about.

We look at what is required to let go and how you resist what you want.

And yet, most people insist on struggling. Insist on exploring their mistakes and past failures over and over again as if to get resolution that it’s okay.

When you are stuck in fear or unsatisfactory circumstances of not getting enough clients, not making enough money, or whatever, then know that it is of your own doing. Nobody and nothing is holding you to that, or causing you to stay where you are, besides you.

This is all about control. Hanging on to control is a sign of the fear of success and the lack of trust. Most of us fear success because we fear losing control and that means losing what you know. This fear of loss is actually the fear of the unknown and that makes you feel unsafe.

Beliefs and decisions like these are based on distorted referent experiences from childhood. In my work with clients, these experiences are always a surprise, because they are subconscious, and we are not able to connect the dots.

What is missing, is what does life look like when the problem is no longer there. When you can forget that it was ever a thing. What will that open up for you? What possibilities will that awaken in you that you can lean into?

Without experiencing the opposite of the expression of the low-vibration problem and seeing and feeling the high vibration frequencies of possibilities, you have no reference or reason to let go of the problem. You have no reason to trust in your self-efficacy and that God or the Universe has your back.

This happens when we are so identified with the problem and the false self, that we cannot see ourselves beyond that. Sort of life after the problem.

The reason for that is that we don’t know what looks like! We don’t have a clear enough vision that has been solidified strongly enough to pull us forward.

A vision consists of a clear image or movie that is vivid and vibrant with colour, with you in it, SEEING yourself having what you want and FEELING it. Plus, you SPEAKING it into existence, adding your thoughts as affirmations. Seeing yourself BEING, DOING, and HAVING what you want. All of this contributes to identifying with this reality.

Stepping into this state of being of seeing, feeling, and speaking, acting as if, repetitively influences the subconscious mind and builds new neural networks.

Staying in the comfort zone of the problem can seem safe because you know what the sense of unsafety feels like. It’s familiar, even though it’s filled with fear and doubt, and scarcity. Unless your subconscious mind is shown something different, it will give you more of the same.

What it comes down to is that there is a gap between where you are now and where you want to be. How to cross that gap?

You need a bridge. You need a bridge that is built with tools and processes that guide you safely to the other side. This bridge helps you to navigate the unknown between your current reality and your desired reality. More than that, it prepares your mind to become a comfort zone for your desired reality.

Now when you set out there is plenty of time, but as the deadline creeps ever closer, and the sales haven’t come in yet, you start to doubt if it will happen. The next stage is fear of the consequences of it not happening and then full-blown panic and anxiety.

It happened again! Another month or launch without enough or any sales. So, no money, no clients. You have to ask your partner for money.

Do you resonate?

It’s only through expanding your consciousness that you can transcend your current results controlling your thoughts.

Expanding your consciousness involves using the higher faculties of your:

· Perception to change your default thinking

· Imagination to see and feel your desires fulfilled

· Free Will to only choose thoughts that are in harmony with what you want

· Intuition to take inspired action.

How you feel in your body, your state of being, is your barometer as to who is in charge of your results…your false self (current results) or You who is aligned with your Soul.

When you can hold your desires in your body to be your dominant state of being, then your conscious mind and subconscious mind are aligned with your soul frequency of allowing.

Until then, you are stuck in your false-self paradigm and thereby resisting the manifestation of your desires.

Does that make sense?

This is what I help my clients with in my 6-week Soul Alignment Intensive.

1. Getting clear on your vision of what you want to create. (workbook)

2. Taking ownership of your vibration and your vision (neurological process) stepping into your powers of creation (thoughts, feelings, words, actions) and fully accepting what you desire, setting the foundation for you to take response-ability for your life.

3. Claiming your Divine Inner Authority (neurological process) to stop giving your power away to others and trusting yourself instead.

4. Liberating Your Divine Self from the past (neurological process) so that you dis-identify from your history and stop measuring your worth in terms of what you do, or have, or other’s opinions.

5. Awakening your New You State of Being (workbook & meditation) by designing and embodying who & what you wish to become in alignment with your True Self.

6. Cultivating Optimism, & Trust (neurological processes) are tools to shift from worst-case scenarios in the moment and letting go of control to trust and surrender to the Universe.

7. Clearing the Triggers and conditioning of the false self, so that they lose their power over you – deep transformational coaching to find the root causes, referent experiences and subconscious beliefs and decisions you made as a child. This clears the space for your New You State of Being to replace the old paradigm.

8. Integrating and solidifying your New You State of Being that allows the manifesting of your vision

9. After 6 weeks, we continue to regularly check in to solidify and troubleshoot until you can comfortably maintain your high vibration state of being, manifesting your highest visions with ease.

Alignment is not something out there. It’s an inside job. You don’t align with the Universe or God out there…you align with God, Universe, Higher Self WITHIN you.

It’s that feeling when you connect to your heart. It’s my happy place.

We step into this vibration when we connect to our joy, fun, harmony, gratitude…all the elevated emotions and through feeling that emotion, we connect to our inner being.

And we lose this connection when we fall for the crap of our false self…when we succumb to the low vibration thoughts and emotions of fear, doubt, anxiety, stress, overwhelm, scarcity, dissatisfaction, guilt, shame.

The irony is that the false self is all based on false assumptions. It is not our Truth, but we have been conditioned to believe that it’s true for us.

When you are disconnected from your inner being, you cannot feel and hold success, prosperity, abundance in your body.

When you cannot feel and hold the image and emotions of what you want in your body, then it’s futile to set goals. Because you don’t really believe that you can get what you want.

And you just move around in this cycle of limitation, not able to break through to that next level.

This shows up in everything we do. In fact, we try to get away from the fear and the doubt by DOING. That is our escape. We have been DOING ourselves into POWERLESSNESS.

The challenge we face is to STAY in this elevated vibration, feeling these elevated emotions, supported by beliefs that are in harmony with these emotions.

Our challenge is for this energy vibration frequency to become our new normal so that we completely FORGET that we ever experienced the contrary.

And you know it’s not done yet, when you still think, “Am I going to get a client this month?”

Then the false self is still having its way with you.

You have not yet solidly integrated the state of being of who you are in alignment with your soul purpose and higher self.

This is also where coaching falls flat. It is so focused on the problem and not creating the solution and building that state of being that the client can do that for themselves. And the solution is not the next 3 steps of DOING, the solution is about BEING.

This is the work I do with my clients in my 6-week Soul Alignment Intensive.

1. You get clear on your vision of what you want to create.

2. You take ownership of your vibration and your vision (neurological process) stepping into your powers of creation and fully accepting what you desire.

3. You claim your Divine Inner Authority (neurological process) to stop giving your power away

4. You awaken your New You (workbook & meditation), as you Liberate Your Divine Self (neurological process), and cultivate Optimism & Trust (neurological processes)

5. We clear what’s in your way – we clear the triggers and conditioning of the false self, so that they lose their power over you

6. You integrate and solidify your New You State of Being that allows the manifesting of your vision

7. After 6 weeks, we continue to regularly check in to solidify and troubleshoot until you can comfortably maintain your high vibration state of being, manifesting your highest visions with ease.

Steps 4, 5, and 6 happen concurrently to weaken the false self and strengthen the New You.

So how do you know that you a living in Scarce City?

• You have money problems.
• You don't have enough money to pay your bills
• You stress over not having money.
• You cannot expand your business because you never have the money to do it.
• You don't get clients.
• Basically you are in survival mode.

Scarcity is Caused by a Scarcity Mindset.

Nothing out there is doing this to you - you are doing it to yourself.

However, have compassion for yourself because it is an old paradigm that you inherited from childhood and is still operating.

The biggest catalyst of the Scarcity Mindset is your Self Image - your Relationship with YourSelf - your Self Image of Not Worthy, Not Good Enough, Inadequate.

This, combined with the fact that we've been conditioned to feel separate from Source or God or the Universe, makes us feel that we are all alone. We feel that there is something wrong with us and it makes us feel ashamed, guilty, angry, frustrated, depressed, fearful, anxious, stressed out, etc. We become Victims.

This is because we think we are alone, we think that the solution is out there...if only we work harder...

And yet, the solution is right where you are. It's inside you - it's seeking the answer that's inside that brings you to the solution.

Because what's inside you is infinite and inexhaustible.

1. Take Responsibility
2. Forgiveness.
3. Change your Identity, your Self Image.
4. Embody this New Way-of-Being.
