Sadly, he was falsely arrested, but never gave up, and, thankfully, has reached a settlement, although now we are trying to persevere (and not give up) in getting his story told, since the media sure was eager to tell it when this first occurred. It even involves his then wife fearing for her safety because of what was being done to her and Ian.

He served our country in 2017 (military deployment to Afghanistan) and recently settled a case in which he was falsely arrested by the Jacksonville (Florida) Sheriff’s Office. (The story even involves not only Ian being asked to “take a deal” so the issue wouldn’t be a factor in the Sheriff’s election, but, a JSO internal affairs investigator posing as being from the Air Force Office of Special Investigations!)

Although his name has legally been cleared (he was cleared of all criminal charges), and while we’re eager to now get out his side of the story of what actually happened, since he is in the Military Reserves (in the Intelligence field), this is still affecting him in his career because he regularly has his security clearance reviewed (Continuous Evaluation) and those news reports pop up.  (In December he hit his 20-year anniversary of being in the Army Reserves.) “Inside True Crime” recently published Ian’s story

Judi got involved in advocacy after her two young children disclosed that they were sexually assaulted by someone she considered family. After discovering this and having no local support system, She then moved to another town to start fresh and help her children start their healing journey. 

This is where she met her Narcissistic Abuser Jimmy.  After learning what they had been through he was extremely supportive, showing her and the kids how proud he was of them for beginning their healing journey, the advocacy she was doing etc.  Winning over the trust and admiration of her children first, knowing that was the way to reel her in.

My story starts to twist into the typical ugly and unbearable narcissistic abuse to both myself and my children.  He took it as far as locking us out of rooms, hiding our food inside his work vehicle, terrorizing my youngest daughter so badly that she built a makeshift shelter under her bed because she was so afraid to leave her room.  The abuse was really bad, it was not physical, but verbal, mental, emotional, financial (COERCIVE CONTROL).

I began to feel ashamed and scared because I had moved to help my kids begin to heal from the sexual abuse they had endured as young children, How had I managed to bring another abuser into their lives?  On the outside everything looked perfect, I was advocating and helping  women and children, Yet I fell prey to an abuser and became the victim.

There is growing outrage and a movement for change by those who have been victimized by the corrupt Family Court System in the US. Everything from gender bias (largely in favor of men) with both DV and child custody cases in the courts, corrupt police and court officials, child trafficking through DHS and corruption by both the police and the courts. Most of society does not have any idea this is happening. We are taught to trust our authorities and our Government. I'm 34 years old and a lifelong Virginia resident.   My case started in 1992 when I was just 4 years old until my parents divorce.  My mother was a narcissist, and my parents had a custody battle over me for years until I was emancipated at 17 years old.  At 18 I joined the army, but was injured a year later and sent home.  I got pregnant when I was just 20 years old.

In 2017, my mom filed false accusations of child abandonment against me in a county in which we didn't live in. The guy who was my Child's (Guardian Ad Litem) GAL helped my mom.  I filed a complaint for conflict of interest and of course the Bar refused to investigate.

After years of homelessness, I finally got a house and won custody back on August 2nd of this year.  Melanie is doing well and her dad is very much involved. No issues with co-parenting.

I grew up in a world most of us could not fathom.  In the shadow of a national murder and kidnapping of her brother Adam. Not knowing anything different,  she thought her life was normal.  She worked in fashion,  music,  and industry until realizing the evils that lie within.  Leaving all to be a mother she started asking questions and looking into her brother's publicly controversial case. On April Fools day of 2021, Meghan was pulled over by unmarked police cars with her children in the car after leaving the farm where she worked and taught children's classes with colleagues for the community.  The nightmare and retaliation began there and has only continued to get worse.  Her new baby was ripped from her hands at just 5 days old, Meghan's rights to her older 3 children were terminated on their birthdays based on technicalities not evidence, all motions have been denied.

Meghan has researched and has spoken out for years regarding child trafficking through our government and indoctrination through the media.  She speaks for this who cannot and stands to truly fight for the protection of our children and FAMILIES across the Globe. The crimes and exploitation by John and Reve Walsh need to end and Meghans children safely returned.

I'm a protective parent and a mother of two from Rockland county. When I had children I was the full time caretaker, I was a stay at home mom and housewife. Before that I was a dental assistant for 15 years. My children are my pride and joy and I was a devoted mother. During the marriage my ex husband’s focus was on building his career, making money, networking as well as keeping up with his social status that included golf outings, vacations, social work events and as well as maintaining his leisure social status, I focused on caring for the kids and their well being.  When I decided I wanted a divorce, because his absence, control and abuse was out of control.  My ex-husband then came back at me with the attacks stating I was not good enough to raise the children and parent them. He stated to me that he is going to get full custody and I will be thrown on the street. My ex husband knew once we divorced he would lose all control of me and the children and would have to pay a significant amount of child support and maintenance. With that said my ex husband with the help of his attorney they  planned out a way to file in the court and attack me with false allegations that I am mentally ill and kept the he children from him.

When my ex husband took our divorce to supreme court we were assigned Judge Sherri Eisenpress a family court judge who is an acting supreme court judge. According to this report in the United States, most sex trafficked children come from our foster care system.  

The reason I am concerned about this favorable litigation from the bench for sex offenders over the welfare of our kids, the hiring of known sex offenders for CPS and other sensitive government roles is because of this report by the US Dept of State on Human Trafficking.   Is our judiciary / CPS / law enforcement compromised like the Catholic Priest scandal? (A Survivor, Advocate, I am a physician assistant of over 20 years caring for the community and mom of 4 children.  My ex is an attorney formerly for child protective services.  My children disclosed severe child abuse both sexual and physical by their father.  The same CPS agency he worked for did his “investigations” and covered up his abuse.  My children went into their fathers custody and are still there and two of the four are failing to thrive educationally and emotionally.)

Because these horrific circumstances occurred in my life and because of the awareness that comes with it, I began to help other families to hopefully spare them from the same horrific conditions I endured.  For me this is a sort of post traumatic growth and it is my own therapy to help others.  For these ladies, I hope it’s justice for them and their kids.  This is how I met this group of moms.

Elizabeth Harding Weinstein’s marital income was $5-6 million a year, they had 3 marital residences, she is a Columbia grad who the husband entrusted her to raise their children for 17 years, no history of psych hospitalizations, no arrest history prior to divorce… 

Suddenly is trafficked into a court appointed guardianship having no money for food at times, being denied funds to retain attorneys, homeless as the guardian signed the distribution of marital assets, suddenly being called crazy (pedophiles love to call their allegers “delusional” even tho DSM V states circumscribed delusional disorder in non institutionalized Americans 0.02%), and is incarcerated for misdemeanors- solitary confinement even.

I am the mother of two children having divorced my husband of 11 years amicably with whom we share a wonderful son. We mediated and never went to court. I did not take any child support or alimony and we made arrangements peacefully between ourselves for the remainder of our son's childhood.

I met my daughter's father in late 2004. He quickly pushed me into a relationship with him, convincing me to move in with him in mid 2005 and quit my career as  a forensic scientist in 2006 to be a full time mother to my son. He then lured me into working in his business running a multi layered equestrian program, which I did for 9 years, never being paid a salary and being told the money was going into a trust for our daughter. That turned out to be a lie.

We separated in 2014 which is when the post separation abuse began to escalate. Although he was never an engaged father and I was the full time primary attachment parent, he asked for 50/50 custody, farming out our daughter's care to alcoholic and drug addicted women rather than letting me mother our child. 

Our post separation experience follows the pattern of the family court playbook described by The National Women's Coalition.  Things got much worse during the COVID lockdowns and culminated in the event of June 28, 2021 where my daughter and I were attacked in broad daylight, she was seized violently by 8 police officers and I have not seen her since. I have had multiple careers in banking, biotechnology, equestrian sports and running my own businesses as well as many side jobs. I enjoy sports even though I have suffered from chronic injuries obtained during my days training horses. I do my best to keep busy and upbeat and work to self educate.

She has been an activist since she could write. She wrote and entered papers into writing contests at 7 years old on topics she believed in. She participated in my court and mock Congress at 8.  She also went on to compete and stoa speech and debate competitions and placed at state. Bethany is a recent graduate of Rollins College located in Winter Park Florida where she studied Communications with an emphasis on Leadership an organizational communication.

As a believer in being "well rounded and grounded." Bethany has a wide range of hobbies, work experience, volunteering as well as political activism. Having dedicated her time in working with troubled youth, helping at food pantries, or back at the beginning of covid when hospitals war running short on masks spent her time making 250 through a program that distributes them to local hospitals. In her free time she is obsessed with purses and enjoys writing poetry, wine, being with her friends, museums and collecting old books.

On September 20th 2018, she was featured on the front page of Rollins Colleges schools newspaper. In the article Bethany shared her personal experience being sexually assaulted less than seven months after the traumatizing event. They are both Florida PP and on the Legislative Committee For (FACTS) Families-Against Court Travesties with me fighting for the safety of our children.  They have gone through (HELL) very high conflict divorces and post divorce abuse as well as have their children.

Rachel's story is about her 50/50 time sharing of her little boy after she was tormented and abused by her ex-husband.  Her young little boy exhibits child abuse everytime he is back in her care after he has been with his father.   

Christy doesn't even have 50% of time sharing with her Ex. Abuser.  Her abuse was extremely severe and was transferred over to her kids after the separation and divorce. Even though her 15 year old son testified in court showing proof of #ChildAbuse.

These stories are never ending , I hear new ones just in the State of Florida weekly.  Unfortunately some end up in the death of a child.  If we continue to have children living with abusers as I say this every week on my show all we are doing is creating the cycle of abuse or children that end up with very bad mental health issues, addictions or death.  As a protective parent all we want is to see our children lead happy, healthy and productive lives.

We did not get #Greysonslaw passed this year, it never got past the Senate, Unfortunately watching first hand what goes on in legislation is an eye opener, as a naive constituent to the inside of politics I wondered, why are so many bills being presented that are really not more important than our FUTURE! Barbara earned her degree in Early Childhood Education. She was able to realize her dream of being a stay – at – home mom after stabilizing her marriage and finances. After being married 20 yrs she found herself in a High Conflict divorce trying to raise 2 daughters as a single mom. This situation changed the course of her life. She became the Targeted Parent in the throws of Parental Alienation.

She has been navigating through this for over 20 yrs. She lost one daughter to suicide at the age of 15 and is speaking out on the collateral damage of suicide as well as Parental Alienation.

She believes that PA is the root cause of her daughter’s death and the estrangement of her other daughter and her grandson. Her passion is create awareness of parental alienation and to save our children from being put in the middle when separation or divorce happen and to champion the rights of our children to have full access to both parents. Our children and the targeted parent are the collateral damage.

A survivor of Domestic Violence. I was in an abusive relationship and marriage for 8 years. Police were called many times. He was arrested for battery on me once. He was physically, verbally, emotionally and sexually abusive.

I’m 7 years post divorce and I have a pretty good custody situation now because I gave up a lot of money in exchange for it and settled out of court. I avoided the judges I learned wouldn’t take my abuse seriously. But I still have to send my son to his abusive Dad every other weekend and the abuse continues to this day in various forms of post-separation abuse…legal abuse, withholding reimbursement of my son’s expenses, poisoning my son against me, emotional abuse to my son, withholding consent for my son’s counseling, etc. And my ex continues to file for 50/50 custody every couple of years. I’m always in court, spending thousands of dollars trying to keep my son safe.

A few years ago, I started immersing myself in research about Family Court, Parental Alienation, various forms of abuse, narcissistic personality disorders, anti-social personality disorders, etc. I came across FACTs during that process and reached out for court watchers. After a few years, I started coming regularly to the board meetings and became more active as a way to give back. I’m passionate about helping others that are struggling to protect their children like I was and still am. Now, I’m the incoming President of FACTs and I’m so proud of this organization and what they’ve done over the years.

Jillian Coburn is passionately committed to supporting and elevating women who often have nowhere to turn. A survivor herself, Jillian helps other women living with abuse, teaching them how to get out, heal and build a better life.

Jillian is a co-owner of NOLA Prestige Electric, a women/minority/disabled veteran based contracting company.

Jillian was recently appointed to sit on the Board of Directors of SCSA. She also was on a committee, where she and her colleagues triumphed, passing Bill 492, allowing victims of Childhood Sexual Abuse to have their day in court against their preparators. Now, in its final form, the Statute of Limitations has been completely eliminated, and there is a three year retro (look-back window), which now covers all survivors and victims. A young mom of a perfect little 3 year old daughter, she has gone through the 12 step program and is now in recovery from the disease of addiction.  This is also where she met the father of her daughter and also her ex-fiance.

I suffer from endometriosis and accept the fact that I have a less than 30% chance of getting pregnant. Well,  plot twist, the first time my ex. and I slept together I got pregnant. During my pregnancy, He cheated on me the week we found out I was pregnant, and the female posted texts and proof of the affair on social media and tagged us in it for the entire world to see. This should’ve been the first sign: to this day he still denies he cheated. So I sucked it up because I was pregnant with our child and although there was no apology, I wanted to make sure our baby grew up in a happy loving home. He leeched right onto my family, especially my parents. He had my parent’s pay his fines to get his license back (almost $2,000), he proposed to me when I said a million times to not propose while I am pregnant because we do not need to get married just because we are having a baby in front of both our families and Facebook live. I would sleep on the couch in my 3rd trimester because of his snoring and he didn’t mind that I was the one sleeping on a couch the size of a whale. I have more pictures in my phone of Him holding our daughter than of myself who endured the 57 hours of labor. The only picture I have when they placed her on my chest was from myself taking the picture. Fast forward to planning the wedding and non stop panic attacks and me never being in love with him ever, just thinking this was God’s will, I ended our engagement and for the first time left an abuser. A stay at home mother for 17 years, I now own a metaphysical shop with my uncle, I work on missing persons/homicide cases, I was trained by LA special forces investigators, I do home cleansing and investigations with my paranormal team as well as readings. I recently lost custody of my 14 year old daughter (she was 13) on October 1 2020 to her father who sexually molested her and  has been absent for nearly seven years. On October 1st. In our custody hearing the judge in less then 15 minutes gave this man custody without given me one reason why??

Most recently Jens abuser has seriously violated his probation when he was involved in an incident with a recent partner who called the police on him.  She minimized his violence, as most victims do and he threw her under the bus.  He lied to police about her, she was arrested and he is now slandering her the way he did Jen both on social media and to authorities even posting a photo of his bloody face which was caused by his vascular problems and not because she ever harmed him.  This is an ongoing story that every person should be aware of because this can happen to anyone.  These covert Narcissists are so manipulative and can convince anyone, even the police that they are the victim and that can be deadly.Update:  since the show has aired, quite a bit has happened adding to Jens story as is typically the case with a Covert Malignant Narcissist.  Jen's abuser failed to appear in court  for the 6th time and was finally issued an extraditable warrant with a 20k bond.  However, the corrupt authorities failed to arrest him despite having information on his exact location.

Sharing the story of her daughter Ali Kessler and her grandson Greyson Kessler (moderating for Ali),

My name is Ali Kessler. I am not only a PPA,  but I am a mom who just lost my 4.5-year-old son to a filicide-suicide just a few months ago. Greyson's death was 100% preventable, but judges denied injunctions and restraining orders citing there wasn't enough evidence, But there was. They just chose to ignore it, giving power to parents' rights first, not children's safety.

Greyson was just four years old when his own father murdered him during his court-ordered parenting time in the midst of a 'high conflict custody battle in Fort Lauderdale. I was a single mom from the very beginning. Greyson's father wanted nothing to do with us until he filed a paternity case when Greyson was six months old, for which he was instantly awarded 50% joint- custody. I was in an ongoing battle to protect my son despite years of evidence, including threats, degrading texts, violation of agreements,  and then finally cyber stalked, tracking devices on my car. I then filed a petition for a DV Injunction the day before Greyson was killed, which was denied. I also begged for an emergency pick-up order when Greyson was missing from school for 2 days,  again denied. I went to the courthouse to file a DV injunction. Two hours after filing, the injunction was denied stating not enough evidence was provided even though I wrote in BIG letters; I fear for my life, but most of all, my son's life. I also attached 250 pages of documents and texts with threats and erratic behavior. I also tried to get an emergency pick-up order b/c Grey was missing from school for 2 days, which was also denied. I then brought my car to a body shop in which they found a tracker on my car. I immediately brought the tracker to the Plantation Police Dept. and filed a claim. The morning my son was found dead, I called the police 3 times during the course of the day to get wellness checks because he was still not in school. I called Broward Sheriff's Office, CPS, Ft. Lauderdale Police; nobody would help me, stating the child was with his parent. That night I hired a locksmith to break down the door and coordinated the police to be there, and they found Greyson and his father dead with gunshots to their heads. Despite 4 years of trying to get protection, I was failed by multiple lawyers, mediators, custody evaluators, and 3  judges. The following day I received notice that my stalking injunction was approved, and a hearing was set for 2 weeks. That should of been enough to prove he was a threat.  No human being should have a child in their custody that is harmful to another human being, especially the other parent. If my DV injunction was approved, Gigs would not have gone to his fathers that night. 

Tragically, Greyson's story is not unique. Each year, 58,000 children are court-ordered into the custody of a dangerous parent. More than half a million children are ordered to be with a parent who emotionally, physically, or sexually abuses them by family courts. Over the last decade, approx. 900 children have been the victim of filicide. These abusers use a variety of tactics to hurt the other parent, including coercive control, gaslighting, and verbal abuse to make them out to be the victim. CC is domestic violence. It’s about power for the abuser and our current laws puts parental rights over child safety. CC encompasses psychological, financial, legal abuse, and use of the children as pawns "tactics used by offenders deployed to hurt and intimidate victims (coercion)."

Prior to the assault, she was on the verge of creating a successful career in Contemporary Christian music.  A few months later, she was left disabled after a nearly-fatal car crash. 

Eventually she started over and thought she would build a life, even if it wasn’t the one she’d dreamed of.  She graduated from broadcast school and began working in radio. I am Anna, I am learning how to become a Survivor.  I have been involved in HCD (high conflict divorce) for almost 3 years.  During my marriage I had experienced, emotional, psychological, physical, sexual and financial abuse.  After I filed for the divorce the abuse got worse because now the whole corrupted system is enabling my abuser.

My lawyer hired a GAL (guardian ad litem) who is her best friend.  She has been acting hatefully and biased towards me and my daughter- nobody cares. There have been multiple violations of the Parental Plan, again nobody cares.

Financial blockade – forced me to leave our office and he took over my patient.  He has been lying on financial papers and the subpoena has not been answered. I have had threats to my life, so we started exchanging our child at the police station.

She is a UK based film editor and director.  She began editing commercials in London in the early 90’s.  After leaving commercials she began as a freelancer working on documentaries and short films.  She cut her first feature film in 2000.  Since then she has worked with many directors and created many short films herself.

In recent times Rachel worked with director Jason Barker on his debut documentary feature A Deal with the Universe, about his journey to become pregnant.  Most recently she is completing a documentary feature film: Sweepstakes Hero with director Clair Titley looking at a 1998 Japanese TV show that challenges a man to live on competition prizes alone in 1998 for worldwide release in 2022.

What doesn’t kill me is her first feature as director and is about domestic violence and child custody in the US.  It began in 2011 as a short about Charlotta, an amazing DV survivor in Oklahoma but the story soon spiraled when Rachel found out that mothers fleeing domestic violence were losing their children to abusive fathers who sought custody.  What followed was 6 years of journeys to and from to the US to find other mothers and experts who had experience of this aspect of family court.  The film did not attract any funding  so Rachel relied on completing all the roles herself and two small crowdfunding campaigns to pay for the practical costs of filming.  Rachel is a single parent and still lives in the UK.

Marriage to a narcissistic partner almost always includes some form of abuse. Emotional abuse, psychological abuse, financial abuse, physical or even sexual abuse often occur. Ann is originally from Washington DC and is currently living in Florida. She has degrees from Washington University, majoring in Spanish and Political Science.  Ann has worked in corporations for the majority of her career and is currently a Consultant at the Resolution Center of Jacksonville.
