She explores how the healing path with Cosmic Heart transforms not only how we feel, but how we see ourselves and the world, so that we can create change and manifest the life we desire. She also talks about her own experience and how the information relating to Cosmic Heart has come from going inward and accessing the Universal Knowledge.

In this episode, Sarah explores pain as a powerful messenger from your body and soul, inviting you to look inward and listen.

She starts by acknowledging how pain is usually seen in the medical world - something to fix or numb - but then shifts to a more empowering perspective: pain signals that something is out of balance, whether emotionally, energetically, or spiritually.

Sarah discusses the mystery of phantom pain after surgery and how it reveals the subtle connection between energy and the physical body. She also explains how chronic pain often links to layers of unprocessed trauma, suppressed emotions, and even past-life experiences.

Rather than avoiding pain, Sarah invites listeners to gently feel into it as a doorway to true healing. She shares how Cosmic Heart healing can support this process, working alongside medical care to bring deeper, soul-level transformation.

If you’re living with persistent pain - whether physical, emotional, or unexplained - this episode offers a compassionate new perspective and a gentle invitation to finally hear what your body has been trying to tell you.

She explains how low-vibrational entities can attach to our energy, especially in places weakened by trauma. Sometimes these attachments can stay dormant across many lifetimes, only to be triggered by people, places, or experiences in our current life.

Sarah shares how to recognise if you might have an entity attachment, the process she uses to clear them, and practical ways to protect your energy. Most importantly, she emphasises that these entities aren’t something to fear, because fear only feeds them. Instead, she guides listeners on what to do and when it’s time to seek help from an energy healer.

By reflecting on how they're feeling and what’s coming up for them, clients take an active role in their healing and start to acknowledge what needs to shift.

Sarah explains how deep energy healing with Cosmic Heart creates powerful opportunities for change, some of which unfold naturally, and others that require conscious action. When the energy is cleared first, it becomes easier to see the next steps clearly and make meaningful changes with more ease.

They remind us that we are human beings rather than human doings and so it is important to take time out and allow ourselves to just be so that we are open to all the opportunities the universe is bringing to us.

They discuss how labelling is often seen as very negative, and yet when a formal medical diagnosis is given it gives an explanation as to why the person is feeling how they are feeling. They explore how anyone displaying different symptoms will have had different experiences leading to the symptoms manifesting, and how each person’s healing journey is specific to them and what they need to heal to reduce symptoms and any medication they are on (with their doctor's support).

They suggest that is it important to set achievable objectives so that you can see positive progress being made. If positive progress isn't being made, then they suggest that you need to stop and ask yourself if it is the right thing to persist, or does something need to change for you to get the outcome you desire.

They also look at the persistence of direction and persistence of action and how important it is to ensure you are heading in the right direction and, if you are, that you persist with the actions needed to reach the desired outcome.

This works best when you combine it with working with your intuition.

If we are in our heads and questioning things, then we can easily talk ourselves out of something that, deep within us, we know is right for us and we will react to the feelings of fear rather than acknowledging those feelings and responding by putting an action plan in place.

It is important to look at everything from a neutral place without judgment so that you can see that it just is. This way you can come to greater insight and understanding yourself. They ask whether you recognise the value in a course, an experience etc., to be comfortable in investing in it, not just from a financial point of view but time and energy too. They suggest that if you are meant to do something the universe will find a way of bringing that something to you. They also feel that valuing yourself links to belief in yourself, and suggest that when you believe you are worth investing, in you are more likely to take care of yourself.
They look at the importance of having healthy boundaries in place and being happy with who you are. They suggest that, when we truly value ourselves, we are open to opportunities and will embrace them and the change that they bring so that we can continue to learn, grow and develop. </itunes:summary>

They also suggest that your understanding of what spirituality is can change as you move along your path and come to a greater understanding of yourself. They also discuss how each person's viewpoint will be slightly different but not wrong, and will relate to how they experience the world. They also explore how questioning things is important, as long as it is for the right reasons as it will help you to gain clarity and insight into what resonates with you, as spirituality is an individual thing.

They discuss how we heal in many ways and that many forms of healing have been around for thousands of years.

They suggest looking at ourselves holistically to come to an understanding of why we experience any symptoms we are experiencing, as symptoms are highlighting to us that something is wrong. They talk about how medicine has its place and how many more medical practitioners are becoming more open to alternative modalities.

They discuss the importance of understanding that we can heal ourselves and that healing is a journey not a quick fix as we are peeling away the layers of what we have pushed down and avoided addressing.
They talk about the importance of forgiveness and when new are resentful, angry or upset with others we are actually hurting ourselves the most, and so when we heal we come to understand that we need to be more loving and nurturing of ourselves so that we can be more loving and kind to others.

They explore how healing always starts with yourself and how those people that irritate us the most are our greatest teachers. They remind us that we are not the disease or the symptoms we are experiencing symptoms because we need healing to bring body, mind and spirit back into balance.

They remind us that we only see what people want us to see and that when we compare ourselves to others, we are essentially comparing the best of the other person with the worst of us.

They suggest that it can be helpful to have someone/something to aspire to/inspire us as this helps our motivation to develop and progress, but when we compare ourselves to others we are not comparing ‘like for like’. If we aren't careful, we can end up looking for evidence to support the feeling that we aren't good enough.

They also suggest that if we find ourselves comparing ourselves with others, we need to acknowledge what we are doing and then ask ourselves why we feel the need to do this. We also need to recognise that we always progress at the rate we need to and that we are always exactly where we need to be.

They explore the importance of allowing people to express their opinion, even if we don't agree with them, and also of expressing how they are feeling, so that they can process information and come to the answers they are looking for themselves.

They also discuss listening to ourselves and how we need to allow ourselves to be silent and then feel into whether something is correct for us or not. We live such busy lives still and there are lots of distractions, so when you allow yourself to be quiet and let go of the distractions you give yourself space to process and allow the information/answers you are looking for to easily come to you.

They also remind us of the importance of being open to answers coming to us in different ways and not always at the time when we allow ourselves to be quiet and in the moment.

They suggest that actively listening is a skill that we can all develop and that it comes from being in the heart so that we are listening from the heart, which then allows us to respond rather than react.

When we are in our heads we are working more with ego, which can lead us to be judgemental, and to believe that our way is the right way no matter what.

They remind us that when we are in our hearts we see things from a place of love and compassion and we are not being driven by ego. They also suggest that ego can reinforce limiting beliefs as it is part of the mechanism that helps us to integrate experiences.

They look at the importance of relaxing and feeling what we need to do in emotive situations rather than letting ego jump in and so we need to become aware of what is ego and what is heart. They discuss how when we are ego/head led, we can be driven forward in the wrong way, but when we are in our hearts, the innate wisdom and understanding is there for us to see the correct way to deal with the issue that needs to be addressed. Being in your heart creates ease and flow and so makes the path forward much easier.

They discuss how, when we take a step back from an emotive situation/discussion and ensure that we are in our hearts, we respond in a loving heart-felt way rather than react.

They also suggest that when we are wanting to manifest something we need to ensure that we don't limit that experience being brought to us by putting a time frame on it, as this way we miss the opportunities that are being brought to us by the universe. They also remind us that we need to embrace the energy of what it is we are looking to experience; i.e. live how it would make us feel to have that experience, item, relationship etc. They suggest that we think too much from a head-centred space and that when we are in our hearts, clarity comes to us and we have a deeper inner knowing of what is right for us.

<itunes:summary>In this episode, Sarah and Jez discuss the importance of having an awareness of the language that we use and how it can help bring what we want in our lives towards us or push it away from us. </itunes:summary>

They remind us of the importance of going inwards to discover if there is something that needs to be addressed and also to look at if there is a values conflict. They remind us that quiet reflection can help us to feel into whether there is something that we need to deal with, and if there is and we don't deal with it, the universe will find ways of bringing the issues to our attention until we do deal with them.

They look at how giving and receiving go hand and hand and need to flow, and how when they are in flow there is no expectation. They remind us of the importance of healthy boundaries in all areas of our lives as these are a way of showing others that we love and respect ourselves.

Learning to love ourselves is a journey of self-discovery and so we need to have an awareness first of all, that change is needed. We can then go inward to look at what we need to change but we need to be truly open and honest with ourselves when we do this, looking at ourselves without judgment so that we can identify where the issues lie and what we need to change.

They remind us that we are always the best version of ourselves in every moment and that we all have our own perspectives and so we all interpret the world around us differently which doesn't make our interpretation wrong.

They discuss how even as babies we want to please our parents and others around us and that we are taught our parent's values and beliefs because that is what they know. They suggest that we need to focus on what we are good at, i.e. where our gifts lie so that we can get the best out of ourselves and from others.

They look at how it is important to move into the heart and absorb information rather than learn it in a cognitive way, and how we can all go inward to access the universal knowledge which can help us to grow and develop and move forward.

They remind us how young children show us how to be truly in our hearts and in the moment. They also suggest that if we are unhappy, we need to look at why we are unhappy and what we can change to make us feel happy again.

They also discuss how our decisions are based on the knowledge we have in that moment, and so they are always the best decisions that we can make in that moment, even if the outcome of the decision is not as we expected/wanted. They also suggest that success is not linked to other people’s ideals and standards, but is about evolving and growing, and doing what makes our hearts sing.

In this episode, Sarah and Jez discuss how we all experience times in our lives that feel ’tough,’ so it is important to make sure that our persistence in working through those times is for the highest good. They remind us that when we are moving through an intense period it’s easy to question things and go into our heads rather than sit with them in our hearts to gain insight into the way forward.

They explore how resistance is an indication that we need to look at the situation, go inwards, drop into our hearts and see what needs to be addressed, to enable us to make the correct decisions. They remind us that each of us knows what is right for us, and so we need to listen to ourselves but this needs to be done from the heart.

We can become our biggest critic when we are in our heads but this just chips away at our self-confidence. It is important for us to move out of our comfort zone to be able to grow. They also discuss how sometimes we need to put questions out to the universe or have a discussion with someone without needing answers for the insight to be given to us. We can use how we are feeling as a barometer as to whether we are in our hearts, knowing that when we have a sense of peace and calm we are in our hearts and when we are stressed or agitated we have moved into our heads.

In this session, Sarah and Jez look at how habits are often ingrained in us over a period of time, so we need to find the root cause relating to them to heal, to make it easier to create the change that we feel is for our highest good. They discuss how there may be several things that need to be addressed and how when you look at things energetically, it may be layers of energy that need clearing to assist the process of letting go. Changing old habits is not always straightforward and so we need to be kind to ourselves if things slip back, and recognise that we need to see if something else needs addressing for us to be able to move forward again with that change. We need to break the old pathways and ways of thinking so that the change that is needed can be brought in.

They also look at the desire to change and how if we want to change, feel it's for our highest good and value the change then it will be a lot easier to put the change in place. They remind us of the importance of being in our hearts when looking at change so that we are doing it for the right reasons. They also remind us that change isn't necessarily about walking away from something but taking the time to go inward, to reflect so that you have awareness and then take the action that feels right for you. They remind us of the importance of not judging ourselves in the situation but just being curious so that we can understand what needs to be addressed.

They look at what having complete trust in yourself means to them and remind us that failing just means that you haven't achieved the expected outcome, which might not be the outcome that you need.

They remind us how it is a lot easier to trust ourselves when we are in our hearts and that when the voice of self-doubt is chatting to us it is there to keep us safe but doesn't always serve us as it can such us onto our heads. They remind us that when we see any situation or experience as a learning it allows us to trust ourselves more fully. They look at how young children can remind us of how it is to be in the moment and to be trusting of ourselves and how we lose that childlike curiosity as we move into adulthood.

When we can see that we are all making progress, we can see that we are all successful and so can fully trust ourselves to bring us the experiences that we need for the growth and learning that we want to have.

</itunes:summary>

In this episode, Sarah and Jez discuss the importance of reframing a challenge as an opportunity for learning/growth. They discuss how when something feels challenging it can push you into fight or flight physically and so stress levels go up, pushing you into your head. They remind us that the universe sends us more of what we are focusing on so if we see things as a challenge we will find more things coming to us that we see as a challenge until we shift the mindset.

Sarah and Jez look at how, if you go into a state of panic, you can't feel into the situation as you have moved into your head, and that a problem is only a problem if we make it one, and this then comes back to our perception of the situation and whether we are in our head or our heart. They remind us of the importance of letting go of the outcome and trusting that it will be what it needs to be.

They also remind us that we have all the resources within us to help us to deal with any challenge, but we have been programmed to look outside of ourselves. When we break the cycle of stress that a challenge creates and drop back into our hearts and so reconnect with ourselves, we gain clarity and our perception changes so that we can see the situation for what it is, an opportunity for change, for growth, to be able to move forward.

They look at how playing with young children and letting them take the lead can help you to be in the moment. They discuss how exploring our creative side can help our healing journey as it allows self-expression. They also discuss how we can be creative without ever showing our drawings, paintings, creative writing etc to anyone else. They discuss how for some things we need external knowledge but that we need to go within to take us to that external knowledge that we need for our journey.

As we are presented with information, they suggest the importance of absorbing it with the heart and feeling into it, to see if it resonates with us. What is our truth will be affected by our experiences, beliefs and values and that is ok, as it is part of our journey. They explore the importance of being curious and questioning things, as this shows we are engaged and not just accepting that something is truth, just because we are told it is.

They look at how when we are learning it expands our comfort zone as well as our knowledge and how we cycle through learning something new, feeling a bit uncomfortable as we are pushed out of our comfort zone, then becoming comfortable with the knowledge/skill and so expanding our comfort zone before going on to learn something else that's new and repeating the cycle.

They look at the learning cycle and how that can affect self-belief. They suggest that we will have all experienced a lack of self-belief at some point in our lives. They remind us of the importance of focusing on positive changes and observing how far we have come during our journey. They remind us that we are exactly where we need to be.

When we are doing what we love and are happy then we build our self-belief and self-confidence. The learnings that we experience can also help to build our self-belief as well. When we find ourselves being moved out of our comfort zone then it can affect our self-belief but if we are to grow then we need to be willing to allow ourselves to be pushed out of our comfort zone.

Sarah and Jez also look at how sometimes we are offered so many choices that decision-making can be difficult and soo this then has a knock-on effect with self-belief and we can find ourselves in a position of if we do nothing then there is no risk, but of course, then there is no learning either.

They remind us that all experiences are neither good nor bad they are just an experience and an opportunity to learn and grow. They also look at how our own view of the world, which is created by our own journeys, influences how we react and respond and so whatever is going on outside of us is a reflection of what is within.

They discuss how this can affect our ability to make decisions and how when things are really uncomfortable it is easier to bury our head in the sand rather than face and deal with whatever is turning our world upside down. Where other people's behaviour causes cognitive dissonance we often end up making excuses for it as we can't believe that they would behave in such a way. They look at when you go inward and listen to your heart more it is easier to see which of your beliefs are no longer your truth and aren't serving you so that you can change/let go of them.

They also discuss how cognitive dissonance is a coping mechanism and that when anything happens outside of what we believe it leads to disease/discomfort within us. Having conflicting views on something is usually an indication that we need to go inward to discover what it is that is making us feel uncomfortable so that we can then address it.

They discuss how generosity isn't about needing to spend a lot of money doing something but often it’s the simplest acts of kindness and generosity that can change someone else’s day for the better.

They look at how sometimes it’s good to ‘pay it forward’ and help someone else in need rather than do something for the person that helped you. They also discuss how important it is that there is no attachment and no expectation when being generous/kind as this way it comes from the heart. They remind us how going inward and connecting with ourselves will guide us with what is right to do in the moment and how allowing generosity into your life as well as sending it out helps to create flow.

They look at how filtering of information along with our different experiences affects our perspective, beliefs and values which means that we may not always agree with others but when we have integrity we are respectful of the fact that others are on their own journey and so have their own perspective on things which may be different to our perspective and that's ok!

They look at how when you are triggered by someone else’s behaviour there is a conflict between their behaviour and your values and so we need to go inward to discover why. They also explore how having integrity means being open to other opinions, information and perspectives even if we don't agree.

They also discuss how we can each have conflicting values and if we choose not to address this then we aren't working with integrity.

They discuss how your inner knowing/intuition helps you to know what is right for you and suggest that being impulsive from the heart may be our natural ‘inflow’ state.

They discuss how we are always given warning signs when we aren't listening or allowing ourselves to learn the lesson, but that we may choose not to see those signs, or not be ready to see them. They also remind us that there is always something to learn from every given situation.

They also look at whether we actually need the willingness to learn in order to empower us to make changes and remind us that our lessons help us to grow, so being impulsive may help us to learn an important lesson more quickly.

Listening to our hearts helps us to know what is correct for us and so keeps us in flow. They discuss how objectives need to be fluid as it is the journey that is important so that you grow, rather than the final destination.

They talk about how objectives may need to change because you or your circumstances have changed. They also discuss how when you are too focused on the objective you may miss opportunities and possibilities that may be better for you. Sarah and Jez also look at how important it is to be aware of what and how you think and how that can have a bearing on your ability to stay in flow. They discuss techniques that can help you to switch off the conscious mind and the chatter so that you can go within more easily to discover the answers that you are looking for and so be able to move forward with ease.

As they discuss it often takes time to see beyond what is initially presented to us but it is our choice as to how we respond. Being your authentic self at all times is important and that doesn't mean that we necessarily tell our complete story to someone that we have only just met but we do our best to be loving, non-judgemental and compassionate in all situations.

Withholding information is not necessarily a bad thing as we need to feel safe to present information that may make us feel vulnerable. Putting a mask on to hide who we are is different from the roles that each of us plays in our day-to-day lives and often when we feel we need to put a mask on, the person we are deceiving the most is ourself and we need to go inwards to discover what it is we need to address.

They look at how our reference points from our previous experiences affect our perception of risk and so may affect whether we are willing to take a risk or not. They also discuss how our perceived fear of an outcome may stop us from taking risks so it is important to ask ourselves, "What is it that is stopping me from taking a risk/leap of faith and allowing myself to move forward?"

Risk-taking is often mostly thought of as being when we are looking at taking a perceived big risk, but just crossing the road presents us with risk that we assess regularly. They remind us of how we are responsible for the risks we choose to take and how the majority of risks that we take are not irreversible - if we don't get the desired outcome, we can reassess the situation and make other choices in order to get to the desired outcome.

They look at how healing can help people to mend these relationships or accept that they no longer serve us. They also discuss how not all unhealthy relationships are intimate relationships, but maybe friendships, work relationships or family relationships for example.

They look at how we need to look at what is acceptable behaviour to us and discuss how, with life experience and wisdom, what was acceptable previously may not now be acceptable. They explore the importance of being honest with yourself and how important it is to accept responsibility for our role within the relationship.

They look at how our beliefs are formed from our experienced and go on to discuss the importance of investigating whether your beliefs still serve you, and if they don't, what you might be able to do to change that.

They discuss how we are all like magnets and so our beliefs will draw in what we believe to be true but a belief may be considered a story that we have told ourselves is true. Beliefs that limit one person's journey of self-discovery and self-development may not limit another person's journey.

Finally, they look at how our beliefs change as we gather new experiences and how important it is for us to recognise which ones are limiting our ability to reach our true potential and be our true selves.

They investigate success and how it is so much more than the materialistic perception that so many people have of it.

They explore how important it is to look at your own journey to realise how you have grown and developed rather than compare your journey to that of others. They explore how learning to go inward and connect with your own inner guidance is vital as the first step but also how others can help to empower you to find a way forward when you are really struggling... not by telling you what to do but by asking questions that can help you to gain clarity to then ask the questions of yourself that will move you in the correct direction for you.

They look at how no one is going to save you, you have to save yourself and how others may want to try and rescue you but they won’t know what is right for you. They also discuss how some people come in for a season, some for a reason and some for a lifetime and how these people cross our paths to help us to grow and so that we can help them to grow.

Responsibility follows on from the discussions in the last episode where they looked at empowerment and they mention how when you give your power away you also give your responsibility away. Responsibility is important as we are sovereign beings and so need to be responsible for ourselves, our thoughts words and actions. We also have a responsibility with how we deliver information to others so that they can respond rather than react and so use their response-ability. As we move forward taking complete responsibility for ourselves will allow us to be truly authentic.

The good news is that when we empower ourselves to be our best selves we give ourselves the opportunity to create change so that we can become our best self. What we are all searching for is happiness, to feel loved, to be able to be our true selves and to do what we love.
