South Dakota State University just announced a major growth milestone with the creation of their eighth academic college: The Ness College of Management and Economics. While this academic restructuring changes things within our own college, the possibilities and future opportunities are endless with the addition of an innovative college of business at SDSU.

Our dean, David C. Earnest, sat down with Joe Santos, endowed director of the current Ness School of Management and Economics, to talk about what this means for students and how a college of business can actually impact communities across the entire state.

From Boeing 737 analogies to showing how the exchange of knowledge goes both ways between a university and the communities it serves, this is a discussion you don't want to miss.
