<itunes:summary>The Brain Grave is a podcast about murder, the brain, mental health and a sprinkle of disastrous music. Our goal is to educate and inform as well as help tie in all 4 segments because they do have an underlying theme – stigma. The difficult discussions that make some people uncomfortable, it’s time to get loud and make our voices heard – murder/violence is never ok, mental health is just as important as other components of physical health and neurology isn’t as scary as everyone thinks.

So if you’re ready and willing, come on down to The Brain Grave where the silenced have voices and be ready to GET LOUD.

We’ve been waiting for you.

Hi! if you’re listening to this it means you might be interested in what we talk about here. I’m going to break down the meaning of this podcast and what I’m hoping to shine some light on here at The Brain Grave. First and foremost, I must say, this is not going to be a kid friendly show as we are going to talk about sensitive topics like murder and suicide. It is also likely not suitable for work environments, but I will leave that up to all of you. My goal will be to post episodes weekly – sometimes more, sometimes less – because you know, life happens.

What my goal here at The Brain Grave is, is to educate and inform – help tie in all 4 of these segments because they do have an underlying theme – the stigma that surrounds these topics. The difficult discussions that make some people uncomfortable, it’s time to get loud and make our voices heard – murder/violence is never ok, mental health is just as important as other components of physical health and neurology isn’t as scary as everyone thinks. So, if you’d like to join in this quest to get the word out, I can’t wait to hear from you.

Thanks for listening.
