Are you wondering where all your f*cks went and why everyone is so bloody annoying?

We have you covered - it’s midlife babe and you weren’t meant to do this on your own!

Join Keri and Ros, as we demystify middle age and bust those stereotypical myths that have you expecting to collapse in a heap or burn your life to the ground the minute you hit 40.
Yup that’s right, another two chicks chatting on a podcast about midlife… Unfiltered, relentless and unapologetically laughing at our jokes the whole way.

We’re parenting, running businesses and homes. Dating, going silver, trying not to feel invisible and perpetually wondering when the hell we’re going to feel like actual adults. We have credentials but we don’t care about them.

These are the conversations we wish we had time to have more of. Let’s not talk about midlife like we’ve spent the last 40 years whispering about our periods.

Looking for no-nonsense answers lady love? Then look elsewhere.
Wishing you had some cheerleading sisters on speed dial and looking for companions in the chaos then we are here for YOU!

Listen to us say yeah about one thousand times as we discuss friendships as we age, how it feels to be ghosted by a friend, we ponder how to make new friends, and is there room in our collective full lives for such a thing. (Is there a tinder-like app for making friends??? Should there be?)

We also go on a weird tangent discussing feminism in our mother's era but we manage to link it back to the topic at hand (loosely).
