Julia Aster never expected to inherit her family's funeral home. Months after her father's death, she's struggling to keep the doors open in the small town of Allsbury, Arkansas while working as a licensed mortician and recently certified deputy coroner.

Then a train derailment delivers an unexpected guest.

When Julia unknowingly awakens Ian Carlisle, a dangerous ghoul with no memory of his former life, she finds herself pulled into a hidden world of monsters, reapers, demons, and supernatural conspiracies. Soon, the Agency of Cryptid and Paranormal Investigation (ACPI) arrives with more questions than answers, and Julia discovers that death is less permanent than she thought.

ACPI Case Files: Mortician's Assistant is a supernatural horror audio drama blending dark fantasy, mystery, action, and character-driven storytelling that involves a little comedy and romance.
