Those mornings you arrive to work stressed out, and feel like you’ve run the emotional gamut even before you even step foot into the OR.  This is no way to start your day.  Surgery is stressful enough as it is, you don’t need to add morning baggage to it.  In this episode, I’ll share tips and tricks for managing messy morning routines before those early days.  </p>
