According to the GH LEAK, Valentin, who has always felt responsible for Peter, may have aided in Peter's survival and hidden him from those celebrating his supposed death. The source also suggested that Peter's return could coincide with the four-year anniversary of his supposed death. 

The General Hospital LEAK also hints at the existence of two Nathans, a real one and a fake one. This theory could explain Britt's unusual reaction upon seeing Nathan alive. The revelation of a possible lookalike twist has led to speculation that Peter may have undergone plastic surgery to resemble his brother, Nathan. 

This GH theory aligns with Peter's history of stepping into Nathan's life after Faison killed him and his jealousy towards Nathan.
