<itunes:summary>Romans 5:8 is a verse that states, "But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us". This verse highlights the unconditional and sacrificial nature of God's love, showing that Christ's death was a demonstration of love while humanity was still ungodly and sinful.
Ephesians 2:10 states that believers are God's "workmanship" or "masterpiece," created in Christ Jesus for good works that God prepared in advance. The verse emphasizes that these good works are not for earning salvation, which is a gift of grace, but are the purpose for which believers are saved. </itunes:summary>

So what do we learn from 1 Timothy 1:12-17 and especially 15-16? We learn that every person in Christ is a trophy of God's grace and that He is very long-suffering and gentle toward us. We also learn that He is patient with us so that others might learn about Him and desire to enter into relationship with Him.

Finally Psalm 92:12-15
the Lord explains how to stay young and useful throughout our lives, however long we may live. “The righteous man will flourish like the palm tree” (v. 12). This passage doesn't apply to everyone but only to those who are righteous and godly.

While the phrase "trespasses" is used in some versions, others use "debts". The key takeaway remains the same: seeking and extending forgiveness.

Importance of Forgiveness:
The Lord's Prayer highlights the significance of forgiveness as a core Christian principle. It encourages believers to seek forgiveness from God and to extend it to others, reflecting God's own merciful nature.

Jesus taught, “If you forgive others their transgressions, your heavenly Father will forgive you” (Mt 6:14). Peter asked Jesus how often it is necessary to forgive, and Jesus replied, “Seventy-seven times” (Mt 18:22), a number to be taken symbolically, not literally, for the never-ending way that we ought to forgive.
