There, she worked on specializing skills in family work, intervention, treating process addictions, and treating personality disorders. She developed a specific passion for working with individuals struggling with eating disorders and body image. In private practice, Ashley has continued her education to develop expertise in treating individuals with substance use disorders and their family members, eating disorders, body image issues, and trauma. Ashley prides herself on doing the in depth work of therapy, beginning with formative and family of origin experiences and treating the whole patient from a place of compassion, empathy, and therapeutic confrontation.

Dr. Aldo Morales hails from Havana, Cuba. He has been practicing medicine in Palm Beach and Broward counties for the last thirty years, promoting the message that addiction is a treatable medical condition rather than a moral failing. His interest in psychopharmacology started during his undergraduate work at Rutgers College of Pharmacy. After obtaining his medical degree he did a four-year Psychiatry residency at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School before relocating to South Florida.

Dr. Morales is Board Certified in Psychiatry and Addiction Psychiatry. He is a Charter Member of the American Board of Addiction Medicine as well as a Fellow of the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM). He is on the faculty at Florida Atlantic University, Schmidt College of Medicine, where he has been instrumental in the introduction of addiction into the medical school curriculum. He has been a consultant to various State agencies as well as to Major League Baseball and has been the medical director of several rehabilitation facilities.
