I came to the realization that as humans we are faced with various hurdles, challenges, disappointments and $#!T that life seemingly enjoys throwing at us.

Turns out that when life throws these at us, what we are wired to do is to complain, grumble, whine, wallow in self-pity and blame others. .
Anyone can do all these things. It is very easy to not take action . I mean, how hard it is to point fingers and blame others? .]]></description>
