My goal is to bring you those topic, thoughts, and answers to the questions I had earlier in my parenting journey. To do this, I speak with other doctors and experts about issues related to parenting teens and tweens. But as a parent I know there is more to it than just parenting, it’s about living your lives as well. Much of each episode will focus on parenting; broken down into segments like hot topics of the day, the experts own list of areas to focus on, and finally questions or suggested posted by you, the listeners. But on the living life side, I want to explore ideas for your own self-improvement and day to day living. We will do this by getting to know myself and our experts as professionals, parents, and everyday individuals. Along with this info we will also post links to resources as it pertains to each topic. I hope you listen, are enlighten and enjoy your time.
