While mostly successful, similar issues were encountered with the approach (reference EXP #452 for more). The combination of stress from the process and mental strain proved to be too much for Subject #3.

Their actions after completion of the experiment were unfortunate. More investigation is required.

While the experiment yielded unexpected results, the approach was successful at regenerating a portion of the subject's physiology.

Unfortunately, both subjects had to be disposed of given their resulting states.

Experiment partially successful but with an unexpected outcome. Level of researcher loss within acceptable levels. Subject remains at large and further attempts at apprehension have lead to less than idea outcomes.

Subject was lost easy in the study. Anomaly was detected, however not enough evidence was gathered to make a conclusion.

Future studies required on this topic.

EXP #7522: Cognitive Spatial Manipulation

Experiment status: Successful.

One subject was able to successfully manipulate the contents of the container into the object of her choosing. It is most unfortunate that she selected a different item than the one she was given.

Note: In the future, improve the mental state evaluation for subjects so accidents like this don't happen again.

Loss of subjects within acceptable levels according to Pinnacle requirements.
However, current whereabouts of remaining subject is unknown following the severing of their mental link.

NOTES: Compound was successfully delivered using an aerosol approach. Shortly after the dose was administered, however, subjects reacted violently and expired shortly after.

A copy of the medical examiner records from the subsequent autopsies showed a curious change in the physiology of each patient. It appears that there may be a different use for the medication...
