I recently did a poll on Instagram and 90% of women said that they wanted to hit 6 figures in their business. Another 50% of those said they wanted to reach multi-6 figures.

I asked my audience what they thought the gap was between the two - based on thoughts, actions and strategy - and the findings were interesting and my DMs blew up with questions.

So in this week's episode of The Magnetic Woman Podcast I am answering a question that I’ve been getting a lot in my DMs. It’s a question that touches on something many of us in the entrepreneurial world think about, especially as we strive to grow our businesses.

Ep. 129 - How to Make August a Revenue Generating Month

Many of us in the coaching and online service industries see sales peaks typically in January or September. The summer months can feel uncertain, especially if your business doesn’t have recurring revenue. When I work with clients it's actually one of the first things we address when looking at their business strategy.

But August doesn't have to be a slow month. On the day of recording this episode, we signed a new client into The Expansion Accelerator and just yesterday, a new client into my redefined mastermind SCALE (formerly known as Expand to 7).

This is possible when you have sales strategies in place all year round, and don’t rely on launch months, which can be the exact thing that keeps us feeling like we are in the ‘ feast and famine’ cycle.

PLUS, August can be a great time to optimise your pre-pre launch phase ahead of your launch in September / October.

You just have to focus on the right activities within your business.

Recently, we had a big launch with nearly 988 sign-ups for our masterclass. However, our conversion rate was 20%, which is below industry standards.

I was disheartened - but, when I looked at the whole picture, the data told a different story.

Yes, the conversion rate for the masterclass was low, but our ad spend per lead was amazing, engagement was sky-high, I had more inquiries of people wanting to work with me than ever before.

We were seeing growth and results in another area.

Had I looked at just that one piece of conversion data, I could have made bad business decisions based on my emotions.

Do you ever feel like Instagram isn’t giving back the love you put into it?

Last year, I saw my Instagram growth plateau. New followers came but as quick as someone had joined, someone else had left the building...

And the honest truth is for a moment there - because I’m human - I was a little disheartened.

It can be right? When you don't get the numbers that you desired, or you spend loads of time creating content and no one likes it or worse, no new enquiries come in.

You are left with “is this it?”.

I get it but as always, nothing changes if nothing changes…

So this year, I did things a little differently - and the results have royally spoken for themselves. In the last month we have seen a 1436% increase in engagement with non-followers, and a 47.4% increase in engagement with followers, which is huge.

This year has been a big year for everyone. Ep. 98 - The 5 Upgrades to Make Now to Hit High Multi-6 or 7 figures in 2024

I have been talking strategy and upgrades with my clients in all of my masterminds as we approach 2024, but specifically in my Expansion Accelerator and Expand to 7 masterminds (where I work with women who are scaling to 6 figures and in expand multi-6 and 7), a lot of the same themes have been coming up.

So I thought I would round up the core things that we have been speaking about with the 5 upgrades that you need to make now if you want to hit multi 6 or 7 figures in 2024, along with one personal example of how this has shown up for me and one example of how it's showed up for my clients.

Even if you are not at the multi-six or 7 phase of growth, I know that this episode will have given you some nuggets of inspiration and hopefully a catalyst for change in your world and in your business.

There’s a certain level of behind the scenes foundations that I’ve spent the last few years building in my business that has seen me reach three consecutive 6 figure launches in the past 18 months. In this episode, I’m sharing the secret behind it, which whilst isn’t the sexiest of chats, IS the thing that supports this level of result.

Ep. 95 - Ways to Increase Revenue in Q4

The countdown is on till the end of the year and there’s a lot of stories in the online space right now that people aren’t buying, which I really want to share simply isn’t true.

What IS true is that buying behaviours have changed and the usual strategies that once worked, need some upgrades.

What we also know is that Q4 is actually a really good time to up your sales game. People generally spend more in this time period and whilst we won’t have the data until 2024, as a business owner why wouldn’t you go all in to end the year on a high. It’s time to unleash that entrepreneurial spirit.

In this episode, I’m sharing three strategies for how you can make more money online in Q4, with a focus on the sales strategies that are working right now.

The good thing is you can take these strategies and weave them into 2024 too; I predict these as trends for next year.

I share how right now is the perfect time to really focus on your overall sales strategy and all of the ways you can optimise it. The way we are able to do this and understanding exactly what we are selling, and why and how you can up your game in attracting and nurturing your audience.

I share why understanding the real problem and solution is key, how to incorporate upsells and downsells and also weaving in more additional personal touch points that we are seeing really working right now.

And I also dive deeper into some of the strategies I’ve used to have my best year yet in 2023.

Please remember that anytime is a good time to sell. Mindset is key, as well as understanding these three key areas.

I often use the term, 'what you focus on expands' and I've found myself explaining this with lots of new clients recently as we've had lots of new faces join my masterminds.

Let's review...Energy is the force of existence itself which can generate many things on many levels. We know in the law of attraction that we have to match our frequency to create the reality of the things we want to attract; we can manifest what we desire as long as we can realise the level of energy our desire rests in.

This is where understanding what focusing out energy means, and even more importantly, become aware of our energy, clean up our energy stop leaking our energy.

When you become aware of energy I truly believe you can't not get that reality you desire. Everything becomes possible and i've witnessed this again and again with my clients.

In this episode I’m going back to my roots and sharing some super basic insight into the anatomy of a marketing funnel and what to do to optimise it right now, based on what’s working in 2023.

Whatever your business or service, there is so much magic (and better results) that come from understanding your client pipeline a.k.a customer journey.

From the moment a new heart enters your world to the moment they buy, there is a whole load of strategies you can put in place to a) nurture that heart with your value and b) collapse the time it takes for them to buy from you, i.e. more impact and sales for you and more transformation for them. It’s a win win.

Ep. 92 - A Day in the Life of a Multi-6 Figure Coach & Entrepreneur

I often say that it's the small things we do daily that have the biggest impact. I truly believe that by nature, humans need routine - and I know this to be even more true for entrepreneurs who are building the capacity to hold more in their worlds.

It can also be super inspiring and interesting to hear the behind the scenes of what business owners do on a regular basis - from their daily rituals to the way they manage their calendars - in order to run their businesses efficiently and with ease. In this episode this is exactly what I'm sharing with you.

You'll have likely heard me share how important I believe consistency to be and I genuinely put a huge amount of how I've grown my business down to the consistency of some really things that I do daily.

In this episode I'm sharing how I manage my client and non clients weeks, the weeks with my daughter vs. without (I co-parent, week on week off), how these weeks differs, how I wake up to how I wind down and everything in-between.

I've been working in this way with these routines for the last 18 months and it really has been a game-changer for me, both in supporting how I show up and support my clients, how I have grown the business but also in how I stay rested, resourced and regulated.

I really hope this gives you insight and inspiration and breaks through some of narrative of what it takes to run a multi-6 figure business. Honestly, the most simple routines and strategies have really seen the biggest impact in my world.

Ep. 90 - A Magnetic Client - Using Thought Leadership to Meet your Next Level with Naomi Dacosta

The third in the series of celebrating some of the many incredible clients I get to work with, this episode introduces Naomi Dacosta, Design Recruiter & Founder of NDC Creative Recruitment.

I’ve worked with Naomi in shorter containers over the years and in March 2023 she committed to spending 6 whole months in Expand to 7, with a focus of really honing in on her thought leadership and specifically on the platform, LinkedIn.

We took to refining her messaging and what made her really unique and then creating a marketing plan that spoke to her authority in the industry and the topics that would allow her to stand out.

What I love about Naomi’s journey is that the results she saw from her visibility in this way were almost instant with new clients showing immediately, one week resulting in a £30k week. This visibility strategy also presented other opportunities for her to step into, which whilst took her out of her comfort zone, felt like the exact next step for her.

Ep. 89 - A Magnetic Client - Accelerating Business, Self-Leadership and Changing the Landscape of Retail with Anna Woods

The next in the series of celebrating some of the many incredible clients I get to work with, this episode introduces Anna Woods, a Leadership & Business Coach and Founder of sustainable retail store, Positive Retail.

Anna and I knew each other personally before she came into my world on a professional level. After working in a very specific way for years climbing the corporate ladder, she realised a year into launching her own business that she was operating in the same way she had back then. Knowing it wasn’t serving her in creating the business she had dreamed of owning - rich in values and with a sustainable approach - she joined The Expansion Accelerator. Fast forward six months and she had created a whole new way of working.

What I love about Anna’s journey is how she found her spiritual side and in letting that lead her, created a business that felt deliciously like home. There is absolutely no one approach or right here BUT I do know there are strategies and processes that can support you so that you are able to step back and enjoy those precious days and moments. I know for me being a co-parent and running a multi-6 figure business that holds up to 50 women at a time, I have to approach the Summer with both my CEO hat on and feeling into my desires as a mum.

Ep.80 - What Happened in Peru

I’ve just been on the biggest initiation of my life to date - a 3 week trip to Peru meeting the Qero Paqo Shamans - and so in this episode I wanted to give you the lowdown on what went down, how I’m feeling and what’s ahead after this epic journey of transformation.

In 2017 I went on my first training with Alberto Villoldo, Founder of the Four Winds Society, Shaman, psychologist and medical anthropologist who has studied the healing practices of the Amazon and the Andean shamans for many years.

Fast forward to 2020 and I started my own path on the Shamanic Medicine Wheel and since then have brought more and more of this work to life in my world of coaching.

In this episode I share more about the power of the Shamanic Medicine Wheel, my intentions and lessons from the trip, what it looked like facing my own fears and allowing my ego to die many deaths and the meaning behind being stung by a bee at the top of a mountain 4300 metres above sea level!

I share more about deepening my energetic mastery and what it looks like for me now as I live in ceremony with life and how this has impacted my business.

Shamanism awakens us to our fullest potential and to remember the truth - our divine Nature. There is a new frequency and level of abundance that has come from anchoring into my light through this work, which I’m so excited to share with you in new offerings and one to one sessions.

Without the context of HOW, there’s nothing helpful about sharing the numbers and as the online coaching industry grows and evolves, I personally feel I have a responsibility (and a desire!) to share more of the how with you, my beloved community.

With this in mind, I’m thrilled to share this episode with you, where I break down the behind the scenes of my recent 6 figure launch of my masterminds, along with the HOW I made it happen.

I break this episode down into the strategy, business model and my business values that led me to this result and the money aspect showing you how this revenue is broken down and used in the business.

I share what I was doing personally in my thinking, doing and BEing and the energetics piece and what this looked like to get this kind of result (spoiler, it wasn’t just what I did during the launch but what I have been mastering for years!) and of course, what my visibility strategy was both online AND offline, because in 2023, you need this kind of strategy.

There is no one quick fix or formula to building and scaling a business and whilst energetics is so important, it is the cherry on the cake. Building these kind of results don’t come from just ‘being in alignment’ or ‘being in the frequency of the reality you want to see’. Honestly, it takes having a rock-solid strategy, devotion and consistency, working on being both IN and ON your business and being really visible and solid in your offer, message and brand.

In this episode I’m sharing the reasons why resilience is such an important skill to master, how I have personally built my own resilience in the past two years and how it has supported me to reach exponential heights in my business and my capacity to hold it all, plus my go-to tools to stay regulated.

After a really juicy conversation with my coach about what traits I think make myself and my mastermind clients successful*, I thought it would be a great share for you, my wonderful podcast audience!

Whilst there are many different versions of ‘success’, I believe there are common traits and characteristics that many of my clients share, that make them stand out as business owners and ultimately, help them create their own realities and versions of success.

In this episode I’m sharing the 5 common traits I see with examples of how this has shown up either for me, or for my clients.

How does the relationship between our nervous system and money impact us? Well, money is related to our survival needs and therefore our relationship to money is intricately connected to our nervous system and because of the complexity of being human, it can be intense to untangle.

In this episode I’m breaking down the four nervous system responses, how your relationship with money can show up within each one and what you can do to start creating a more regulated relationship with money.

I include a whole host of things to consider, mindset shifts to make for each response and a few shares on how I’ve personally created a more intimate and regulated relationship with money. I encourage you to grab your journal and a pen for this one; I’m certain you’ll want to take notes!

Right now what I'm seeing more than ever is that when it comes to the topic of money, many of us are feeling really disempowered because of conversations around very real things that are happening in the world - and because of that - whether it is safe for us to want more. Yes, there are real challenges right now (lets not bypass this), but even when the economic climate feels unsafe, it's safe for us to want to keep growing in our lives and businesses.

In fact, I believe now is not the time to give up, hide or play small; it’s the time to show the world who you are and unleash our entrepreneurial spirit.

In this episode I’m sharing what blocking abundance in your business might look like, and what you can do about it from a mindset, energetic and strategic perspective.

The biggest shift you can make to accessing more abundance is knowing, trusting and anchoring into all that you are NOW. Freedom is the ability to stand in the face of real challenges and instead of shrinking our light, allowing our light to become bigger. Choosing to be bigger, act bigger, live bigger. What can you create even in the face of challenge? This is our true power.

Ep. 60 - A Magnetic Client: Building an Interior Design Business through Visibility with Sophie Rowell

I’m thrilled to bring you this episode of The Magnetic Woman podcast and what is the first of many where I interview my clients, showcasing their epic achievements and the journey that got them here - the ups, downs and everything in-between. Sophie Rowell is an Interior Designer, former Fashion Stylist and House & Garden Rising Star of 2022 who I’ve had the honour of knowing since 2020. Sophie brings a focus on sustainability - both practises and products - moving away from ‘out with the old and in with the new’ into recreating spaces and homes that have a uniqueness to them, through texture, pattern and restoration.

From burnout to breakthrough, Sophie took a huge leap moving from one career to another. She scaled her business exponentially in the first 6 months we worked together, much of which was during a global pandemic. How did she do it?

Her journey and success story focused on visibility and allowing herself to be seen, fine-tuning her message, finding a freedom in her relationship with money, creative visualisation and creating a new rhythm in line with how she desired to live and work.

I’m lucky enough to have Sophie in my Expand to 7 Mastermind for another 6 months and I’m thrilled to be able to coach her into 2023, a year I know will be another exponential year for her.
