Christopher Lehane is a practising barrister. He recently retired as an officer of the High Court where he served for 42 years, 22 years of which were spent in the Probate Office and 12 years as Official Assignee in Bankruptcy. He served as Deputy Probate Officer of Ireland for eight years and Assistant Probate Officer of Ireland for five years, administering probate law in Ireland.
