Are you a mum navigating breast cancer, triple negative breast cancer, or cancer treatment while quietly carrying fear, exhaustion, loneliness, and uncertainty about the future?

This podcast is a safe space for honest conversations about breast cancer diagnosis, prognosis, motherhood, emotional healing, and faith during hard seasons.

Hey, I’m Prisca — a mum, a woman of faith and triple negative breast cancer survivor diagnosed at 37 with two young children. Like so many mums, my first prayer was:
💛 “God, please let me live to see my children grow up.”

Here, you’ll find emotional support, practical guidance, and gentle encouragement to help you:

cope with breast cancer exhaustion, fear, and loneliness

support your children emotionally during cancer treatment

navigate prognosis anxiety and waiting for results

receive help without guilt

hold onto faith and hope through the hardest days

Think of this podcast as your big sister sitting beside you through breast cancer — reminding you that you do not have to carry this alone.

So come take your seat… and bring your cold cup of tea.
You are exactly where you’re meant to be. 💛

<itunes:summary>Are you scared of leaving your children behind after a breast cancer diagnosis, carrying fear, exhaustion, and mum guilt while still pushing through every day? If you’re tired of holding all of that and want simple ways to support your children, feel held in your journey, and move through each day with a little more strength, you’re in the right place.

Hey, I’m Prisca— a mum of 2, a woman of faith, and a breast cancer survivor. As a mum I tried to carry it all alone…but I was never meant to. So, I created this space for us. Come sit with me…you don’t have to do this alone

So come take your seat and bring your cold cup of tea. Yes, I know you have reheated it thrice. You are exactly where you are meant to be</itunes:summary>

Then one day, at 37 years old with two young children, I found myself hearing words like breast cancer diagnosis, treatment, prognosis, and survival.

In this episode, we're talking about why breast cancer can hit differently when you're a young mum—the fear of not seeing your children grow up, the exhaustion of trying to keep life going, and the loneliness of feeling like nobody truly understands what you're carrying.

As I spoke to other mums and explored the research, I realised something important:

What you're feeling is real. And it's not just happening to you.
