For America Recycles Day, Cat sat down with Jeremy Walters of Republic Services to talk about recycling. In our conversation, we talk about the process of recycling at the R.S. facility, the misconceptions about recycling, and the current state of the industry - particularly in regard to the ban on foreign recycling. We also discussed the proper ways to recycle, what is recyclable, and how people can make changes in their life to reduce their waste.

For our final motion in honor of Mental Health Awareness Month 2019, we got to sit down with Christine, the founder and leader of the Bulletproof Project, an organization that focuses on mental health and depression in the Polynesian community, and one of the first organizations we had the pleasure of partnering with!

In this podcast, we discussed the Bulletproof Project, how it came to be, the journey it has taken so far, and where the organization is headed in the future!

We also talked a lot about mental health and depression in general, what it's like working by yourself on a major project, and how people can show support to their friends, their families, and their communities.
