Recognize and Rectify is based on my experience in entering a healthy relationship after a toxic one. I‘ll touch on my toxic behaviors and the actions I‘ve taken to change them. In addition, I‘ll discuss some of the mindset changes I‘ve had to make in order to heal properly from my toxic relationship and the various struggles that accompanied that.
Full disclaimer: I am not a professional, I will only be speaking on my own experiences and what I‘ve learned personally.
