Men Talk NY is a space where men come together to talk about anything and everything under the sun — openly, honestly, and without judgment. Created by host Sean McPhail, the show was born during one of the toughest periods of his life while going through a divorce. When Sean opened up to friends, he discovered something powerful — many of the men around him were struggling too, but suffering in silence. Men Talk NY was created to change that. Each episode features real conversations about life, relationships, mental health, fatherhood, success, failure, and everything in between — giving men a place to express themselves and support one another. The logo is pink for a reason. As a boy, Sean was told, “real men wear pink.” Today, it represents strength, vulnerability, and the courage it takes for men to speak their truth.

In this episode of Men Talk NY, we continue the conversation from last week, tackling the conversations that too many men keep to themselves.

From personal struggles and relationships to mental health, career pressures, family, loss, success, and failure, we share honest experiences and unfiltered perspectives that encourage openness instead of silence.

Our goal isn’t to have all the answers—it’s to create a space where real conversations can begin. By sharing our own stories, we hope other men who may be facing similar challenges realize they’re not alone and feel empowered to speak up, connect, and support one another.

Because the strongest conversations often begin with the hardest topics.

Real Men. Real Conversations.
