A podcast where we dive into the struggles and reality of ADHD and neurodivergence. We discuss mental health and how it can be applied to health more holistically, but we also go into detail of how to manage symptoms and complications of ADHD and similar conditions. I dive into my own journey of getting medication, methods of coping with and without medication, and we also get into deep discussions with those that have had more experience with managing their condition.

Just what to expect and some show/ life updates as the work is gradually completed for upcoming content. I further explain my reasons for treatment and medication. Between work and education, it made sense to get the help that I needed.
No social media yet, but that will likely show up around 15-20 episodes or so. I hope this kind of gives you some help or hope to the general process of getting diagnosed. Or maybe it sheds some light to your general curiosity.

I do have some side topics that I discuss again with some personal struggles I have faced with the condition, but this discussion is a window for all of you that are curious about some of the process and what it might take to follow a similar plan. Be sure to talk to a doctor or a health care provider first before you take other actions, and just remember that I am not certified to necessarily give any concrete advice! I just make suggestions and create content for simple community engagement/ entertainment. Thanks for listening!
