This week, Alexa Carlin explains why entrepreneurship is a way of thinking, and how you can use it to get ahead in your own life.

Alexa Carlin is an entrepreneur, public speaker, author and Founder & CEO of Women Empower X. Alexa started her first business while in high school by becoming the sole licensee to design jewelry for an L.A. based fashion company. This entrepreneurial spirit led her to starting a blog in college, Hello Perfect, which attracted celebrities like Mark Cuban, Shaquille O’Neal, Steve Madden and Marc Jacobs. Alexa received her B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Florida.
