Dr. Liz Martin, Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine interviews heart centered leaders in order to create a bigger impact in the wellness industry and those entrepreneurs coming from a heart centered place.

The Heart Centered Leaders Podcast was created to highlight the entrepreneurs, wellness professionals, business owners, and leaders who are building successful businesses without sacrificing their values, purpose, or humanity.

These are the people who lead with integrity, compassion, and service. They are committed to mastering their craft, creating meaningful impact, and building businesses that benefit not only themselves, but also their clients, teams, families, and communities.

Through these conversations, we explore the stories behind the success. The challenges, lessons, leadership experiences, personal growth, and defining moments that shaped each person's journey.

My hope is that listeners walk away with the courage to pursue their own purpose, trust themselves more deeply, and recognize that there is another way to lead—one rooted in authenticity, heart, and service.

I believe business can be a vehicle for transformation. Not only for the people we serve, but for the leaders we become in the process.

As a business consultant, nervous system educator, and healthcare practitioner, I am passionate about helping people build businesses and lives that are sustainable, aligned, and impactful. This podcast allows me to learn from other heart-centered leaders, share their wisdom, and create conversations around leadership, purpose, growth, and what it truly means to build a successful life.

Because when we lead from the heart, everyone wins.

Welcome to Heart Centered Leaders

A powerful conversation about leadership, purpose, and teaching from the inside out.
