After his time in the NAHL, he played three season of NCAA D1 hockey for Minnesota State University - Manakto. In 2018, he signed an entry level contract with the LA Kings and we are hoping to see a lot more of Daniel next month when the NHL officially starts their season! Let's Goooooo!</p>

From there, he joined the staff at NCAA D1 RPI as a volunteer assistant. He has had stints with the Navhille Jr Predators AAA, Springfield Jr Blues of the NAHL, and was the head coach of the Chicago Cougars of the USPHL for the last 5 seasons and e is now working with athletes in sports performance training as the founder and Head Coach at FAST- Functional Athletic Systems Training.

Hockey Podcast we welcome Eriah Hayes to the podcast to talk about his journey through the hockey world.  The Minnesota native played college hockey along side co-host Danny Heath, where he was a 2x WCHA all-academic team & WCHA All-Star plus captain his senior year. During his pro career, he had stints with the Worchester Sharks of the AHL before making his NHL debut with the San Jose Sharks in January of 2014. After a season with the AHL Chicago Wolves, he retired in 2017. He's now giving back to his home town through athlete development as the owner of Five7 and the Head Coach of his alma mater, La Crescent High School hockey team.
