- Prompting question: "What worked in our programming and what didn't? What could be improved for the following year?"
- What do we need to stop doing?
- What could we do?

- Question 1: Goals for the Ministry
  - Prompting question: "What are the crucial milestones we desire to reach as a ministry this coming year?
  - How specifically will we help children take next steps of faith?
  - How will we connect with our community?
  - What will we do for fun?

Question 2: Team Objectives
- - Prompting question: "What skills or improvements are we aiming to develop in our team members?"
  - What can I do to help my leaders disciple others more effectively?
  - What do we need to keep leaders encouraged?

Question 3: Personal Leadership Betterment
- Prompting question: "What areas of my leadership do I need to strengthen in the coming year?"
- Who should I add to my circle of influence- Who can speak into my life and leadership?
