After wholesaling and flipping single family homes for years with his partner Doug (his father), he began acquiring commercial properties with a focus on manufactured home communities.

After more than 20 off-market commercial acquisitions across 5 states, Mario has acquired 1,000+ manufactured home lots and multiple value-add self storage properties. Mario has been managing his commercial real estate portfolio since 2014. His current role includes oversight of acquisitions and investor relations.

His love for the manufactured housing industry led him to create a YouTube channel providing free education around investing in MHC’s. Later he started an education company for new and existing community operators called Real Cash Flow. More

I lived in Mexico until I was 17 then I moved to Baltimore MD, went 2 years to highschool did not not learn english but I graduated. Since I moved to MD I was working in construction hanging drywall and metal stud framing.

When I was hanging drywall I saw the investors that hired me and my brother and how they turned an ugly house into a beautiful product. I got inspired to get into real estate one day and it happened very soon.

I never liked to get paid by the hr but by commission, when I was 8 years old in Mexico me and my brother went to collect tomatoes, hot peppers, and other produce in the mountains and we sold them and got paid by production not by hr.

When I was 17 years old I started my first business in the drywall industry. At the age of 23th I bought my first home with only $3500 downpayment and I always have roommates because I believe in cash flow.

At the age of 24 I made my first million when I partnered with my best friend and mentor Henry Velzquez. We went from 0 to 5 millions gross income in only 2 years with our scaffold business. We saved money and we start buying houses in 2012, by the end of 2014 we got out of the scaffold business and focus in real estate business since then.

Hans is a Principal of Box Wilson Equity and a Senior Director at Old Capital Lending, a provider of commercial capital solutions in the Texas market (over $1B in originations last year). Old Capital specializes in 1st lien multifamily lending (but also lends on other commercial real estate). They utilize FNMA, Freddie, HUD, banks, credit unions, bridge lenders, and “soft” and “hard money” on occasion. Old Capital specializes in TX, but lends nationally as well. Their niche is education and assisting clients through the entire transaction. Most brokers/lenders don’t invest in commercial real estate and even less sponsor or syndicate their own deals. A native Austinite and father of four, he is focused on Acquisitions and maintaining

Andrew’s background is in Market Research & Brand Strategy, spending time in
both advertising agencies and emerging technology consultancies, before
transitioning into Real Estate when he moved back home to Austin in 2007. He
