A weekly discussion by pioneer coach, Jason Wittman, MPS, LAADC, CATC-IV, exploring the Gettin’ On Living parts of recovery. With over 50 years of coaching and recovery counseling experience, Jason will be sharing much of what has contributed to the success of his clients. Some of the topics will be enhancing self-esteem/love, developing better relationships, greater self-confidence, helpful hints to sustain recovery over a lifetime, and many other of those living skills that were never learned early in life due to being way too high, way too early. After the first 9 episodes, he started a new series, ”Speaking on Recovery,” one-on-one discussions between Jason and his guests, who have extensive knowledge of the recovery process, will pick a topic related to recovery and have an in-depth discussion.

He has authored a book, “Designing Your Great Life! ~ Time-Tested Prescriptions for a Life Worth Living”
He also published a weeklyish newsletter on the ”getting on living” parts of recovery. You can subscribe at Hpps://411Jason.com

His private practice is at http://Stage2Recovery.com email at jason@s4mm.com
