The program broadcasts at 10 o'clock am Pacific time each weekday on KKZZ AM 1400 or on the Internet at 1400KKZZ.com.

Joe Becwar, expert goal-setter, instructing us how to set New Year’s Resolutions we can keep from his book, "Get On Track: Let Go and Move On With Your Life and Goals."
