In one phase, you're feeling inspired and energetic, and in the next phase, you are quiet and reflective. What if these shifts in energy were a sign of an intelligent design moving through you? And, what if you courageously decided to honour this inner rhythm?

Today's episode is inspired by the intuitive guidance I received from my own cycle: to do in the yang side (follicular/ovulation phases) and to un-do on the yin side (luteal/menstruation). Easier said than done! But when we honour our energetic shifts through the cycle, we support our creativity, nervous system regulation, hormonal balance, happiness, and more.</p>
