                                    <description><![CDATA[<p>Peptides and testosterone have gone from being something you'd only hear about on a bodybuilding forum, to being genuinely one of the biggest conversations in health right now. Recent analysis of social media data estimated there are hundreds of millions of posts and views on peptide-related content. Everyone knows someone who has or is taking them. </p>
<p class="font-claude-response-body">But I don’t think there is a more polarising topic – on one side are the advocates who swear by their numerous beneficially effects - such as ant-inflammatory, recovery, wound healing, gut health, sleep, fat loss &amp; muscle gain, to name just a few. </p>
<p class="font-claude-response-body">On the other side, there are those who dismiss them as little more than snake oil, citing a limited evidence base in human trials, unknown safety profiles, and the potential for causing serious harm to those injecting them.</p>
<p class="font-claude-response-body">And that's exactly why I wanted today's guest on. I’m delighted to be joined today by Dr Tim Piotkowski.</p>
