Do the holidays leave you feeling more overwhelmed than joyful?

Are you trying to fit Christmas school, baking, outings, and traditions into an already full schedule?

Do you want your children to remember a peaceful, meaningful holiday season—but worry you’re taking on too much?

If you answered yes to any of these, this episode is for you!
We’re talking about how to homeschool through the holidays while protecting your peace and prioritizing what matters most: your relationship with Jesus and your connection with your family.

I’ll share the story of my own Advent Extravaganza and introduce a simple JOY framework to help you simplify your holiday plans, love others well, and create meaningful family memories without losing your sanity. You don’t have to do everything to make the holidays magical. You can let go of the pressure, keep Christ at the center, and create a season your children will remember for the right reasons.

Resources mentioned:
“Our life is not only about ourselves. If we live solely for ourselves, we live in the void of meaninglessness. It is in the surrender to God and service to others that we find true purpose and joy.” Dietrich Bonhoeffer

"6 Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. 7 And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." Phil 4:6-7 NIV

Do your homeschool mornings feel chaotic before the day even begins?

Have you tried creating the perfect morning routine, only to have real life turn it upside down?

Are you tired of feeling behind before you’ve even started teaching?

If you answered yes to any of these, this episode is for you! I’m sharing 3 simple, sustainable ways to create smoother homeschool mornings without waking up at 5 AM. We’ll talk about how prayer, preparation, and prioritizing your teaching time can help you move from surviving your homeschool days to approaching them with greater peace and purpose.

In this episode, we’ll talk about:

Prayer: Start your morning with gratitude and invite God’s peace into your day.

Preparation: Prepare yourself, your lessons, and your learning space so you can start with less stress.

Prioritization: Protect your teaching time, minimize distractions, and learn to be fully present with your children.

How to create a sustainable morning rhythm without chasing the perfect schedule or sacrificing sleep.

Scripture mentioned: 1 Thessalonians 5:16–18 16 Rejoice always, 17 pray continually, 18 give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus. NIV

You don’t need a complicated system or an early-morning alarm to have a more peaceful homeschool. Sometimes, a few simple rhythms can make all the difference!
