Hope Restored

Hello and welcome to this presentation titled, The Cause of Freedom.

My name is Steven Smith and within said presentation this is Segment Four titled, Hope Restored. At the close of Segment Three I stated, your capacity to restore your families to you is based upon certain miracles being brought to pass. Indeed, save these first two miracles transpire within your life, the harsh issues you face cannot be resolved. The good news is, as far as I am aware the first of these two miracles transpired via what one might call; the power of the person who received the miracle. For it is the only miracle I am aware of that transpired void of the Lord giving His consent beforehand. While the second transpired only after the situation was hopeless. To understand what I mean it is necessary we begin by looking at the following. Luke 8:41-48. Quote. And, behold, there came a man named Jairus, and he was a ruler of the synagogue: and he fell down at Jesus’ feet, and besought him that he would come into his house.

Yet what else is their doctor to do? For despite the pain their words bring, in having the cure readily at hand they also know the joy that awaits their patient if they adhere unto their sound council.

Preordained

Hello and welcome to this presentation titled, The Cause of Freedom. My name is Steven Smith and within said presentation this is Part One of Segment Two titled, Preordained. I begin by reminding you that at the close of Segment One I stated the following from Luke 10:30. Quote. And by chance there came down a certain priest that way . . . End Quote. I also stated that the word chance has four different meanings. The first is an accidental or unplanned for event and the second is possibilities or options. The third is a risky or hazardous undertaking, while the fourth is luck or good fortunate. But in regards to the word chance, there is something else to consider. In that our inability to properly respond to a chance event may to a large degree be preordained. Not by God, but due to our past poor choices. For our negative behavior oft functions as iron shod wagon wheels that over time cut deep groves into solid rock. Only the deep groves being cut are not into rock, but into the mindset of our emotional makeup. Thus the longer said behavior goes on, the stronger the hold it has upon us, making it ever more difficult for us to alter this, our negative mindset.
