Here we will discuss the benefits of forgiveness (what’s in it for you).
We are going to talk about the relationship between unforgiveness and the effects it can have on our physical health when we don’t heal those emotional wounds that have kept us in bondage with an inability to move forward. We will talk about the effects of unforgiveness and how it can affect our spiritual and emotional wellbeing. We are not just going to talk about it, each week we will give you the tools you can use.
Some of us know we need to forgive however we lack the strategies and understanding to make it happen. That is what this platform is about. Giving you the tools you can use towards emotional healing, getting unstuck, lifting the emotional weight you’re carrying and begin living the life God intended just for you.
