Tirzah Gabourel is a global technology leader, futurist, and architect of intelligent systems who specializes in turning complex technologies into practical solutions for organizations and everyday users. With more than 25 years of experience in supply chain, enterprise systems, and data governance, she has led large-scale digital transformation initiatives in highly regulated medical device and technology environments spanning North America, Europe, and Asia.

In her corporate leadership role, Tirzah oversees enterprise platforms, data governance, and operational systems that support global manufacturing, distribution, finance, and compliance operations. She has successfully directed multiple Oracle Cloud transformations, including implementations across 13 countries, international manufacturing facilities in Spain and France, and a commercial operations center in Tokyo, Japan. Her work has produced measurable outcomes, including significant improvements in data reliability, operational efficiency, and enterprise transparency. She also established her organization’s first Data Governance Council and leads initiatives integrating artificial intelligence and machine learning into enterprise decision-making while supporting regulatory standards such as FCPA, HIPAA, and GDPR.

Beyond the enterprise, Tirzah is the founder of tirzah.tech, a platform dedicated to democratizing technology education. Through workshops, coaching, and training programs, she helps solopreneurs, small businesses, nonprofits, and community leaders understand and apply artificial intelligence, blockchain, digital automation, and emerging technologies in practical, ethical ways. Her work focuses on reducing fear around technology and empowering people to use it as a tool for productivity, opportunity, and economic mobility.

A recognized educator and community advocate, Tirzah serves on the Broward College Supply Chain Advisory Board and collaborates with Galen University in Belize to develop new academic pathways in supply chain and technology. She has designed workforce training programs for Dress for Success Palm Beach®, led STEM initiatives for young women, and mentors’ students through organizations such as Girls Who Code and drive community action as a voting member of the 100+ Women Who Care South Florida organization.

Tirzah holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Management, a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, and professional certifications including SCPro™, CPIM®, and Six Sigma. She also completed advanced studies in Artificial Intelligence at Stanford University.
