Going into my interview with Steve Martocci, I knew there was going to be one glaring problem and as we were finishing, I was 100% correct... TIME... I felt like we had barely even begun talking when it time to conclude but it left plenty of room for part 2, 3 and beyond.  I met Steve at the Eudemonia wellness convention last November and what was supposed to be a quick meet and greet turned into a nearly hour long back and forth, and the only reason it stopped was because the expo hall was closing.  You can see and feel the synergy IMMEDIATELY! 

In short, everything Steve has touched and created has turned to gold, from Splice to Blade, GroupMe and his most recent, SUPPCO.  Steve's brilliance along with INTEGRITY in his motive and premise is clearly seen in his messaging and business creations.  Steve stresses his mission the entire podcast on changing the supplement world, which is filled with bad actors, misleading marketing, skewed studies, fraudulent product sales and inflated prices that are taking advantage of people financially along with health and safety.  The reasoning behind SuppCo was to bring transparency to every consumer and put TRUST back into the minds of everyone.  We touch on the current state of the supplement industry and the changes he has been able to make in a short period of time.  This leads us to a discussion on peptides, sarms and research chemicals and the effect they have had on the supplement world.  We then discuss the importance of education in what we are putting into our bodies, along with knowing the integrity of companies we are buying from.  This takes us to utilizing technology in health management, making it easy to understand yet comprehensive to cover all the bases.  Steve discusses new innovations being developed and his vision on the future of supplements.  We then switch course and talk about our own health challenges, which drove us both to do everything we can to make a difference for others.  Steve and I have a back and forth on the role genetics play into our health and ways to overcome different challenges we face.  We wind down with a long discussion on comparing clinical studies vs. REAL LIFE experiences.  This discussion is EYE OPENING and sheds a lot of light on some of the practices we need to be aware of!  This conversation is an epic yet has so much more to touch on!  DO NOT MISS THIS EPISODE!!

I was introduced to the Carol Bike several months ago and was immediately intrigued.  Several of my colleagues told me that "I HAD to try it" and that it was a "game changer."  I am one that is positive by nature but always have my guard up given the years of behind the scenes I have had in all aspects of business and marketing.  I had high hopes and that was over exceeded by the bike itself but even more so, with the team at Carol Bike.  There are several good products but having amazing people is not as common and when I find them, I want to share them with the world and that is why I wanted to interview the Carol Bike co-founder, Ulrich Dempfle.  You can see that he is introverted, shier by nature but one of the gifts I have is to be able to spread my energy into others and let them be who they truly are and this interview allowed Ulrich to be more animated, more alive and able to showcase his high level of knowledge!

We begin the discussion with Ulrich's background and how he came up with the idea for the Carol Bike.  This leads us into the intriguing insight on REHIT.  Ulrich explains that REHIT is a highly efficient cardio workout designed to trigger cardiovascular benefits—similar to a 45-minute jog—in just 5 to 10 minutes. It achieves this through extremely brief "all-out" bursts of maximum-intensity effort separated by generous, extended recovery periods.  His goal is to prevent over training and to allow people to not overthink their training.  He wants maximum results in the most efficient and healthiest way possible!  We then do a deep dive into Vo2 Max.  Ulrich explains what it is and the role it plays in our long term and overall health.  Vo2 Max is a key indicator of what kind of longevity we will have so prioritizing it is imperative!  We then discuss all aspects of the CAROL Bike and what makes it stand out, from the personalized workouts, the comfort and design, and the efficiency that comes with use!  We then move on to a question many ask, which is whether or not we need to train in a fasted state.  This leads us in to our talk about calories burnt and a very important explanation on metabolism.  This leads us in to a talk on the importance of nutrition and the impact on our training and longevity.  We finish the conversation talking about what makes Carol different from competitors along with the plans for future innovations.  

This conversation shed a major amount of light on key aspects of training and how we can maximize our efforts without some of the rigors we put our bodies' through on more old school "conventional" type training.  Ulrich and the team at Carol Bike have been a huge breath of fresh air for me to talk to about all the aspects of the bike and it is clear to see that they have set the standard for the future of home exercise equipment!  DO NOT MISS THIS EPISODE!

From the start of this episode, I make it ABUNDANTLY CLEAR that these are two of my most beloved people!  It is no secret that Dr. Rabin helped me to fully grasp how important of a role our nervous system plays in total control of our bodies and health.  He has been a mentor and inspiration to me to drastically improve my understanding and learning of HEALTH along with making me a far more versatile teacher.  Mollie Eastman is not just a sleep expert, but an amazing great and even more amazing person!  Her expertise and dedication to teaching about sleep is second to none and although I need to personally follow her instruction more (LOL) she has had such a helpful impact on me and millions with her ways of teaching.  TOGETHER, we had a discussion to help change the lives of so many! After I share all my pleasantries and love for my two guests, we do not waste time jumping into the massive importance of sleep and the role in plays in our health, both short and long term.  Throughout the interview, Dave and Mollie consistently feed off one another on topics, correlating their expertise in each area they specialize while also offering insight into each other's specifics.  I use myself as the one who discusses all the ways I need to improve myself to help that resonate with many others going through the same type of struggles.  We then move into circadian rhythm, what it is and it's profound effect on sleep quality.  Of course, this leads into SLEEP CONSISTENCY and how our circadian rhythm helps establish that!  The next topic is the longest topic of the entire interview where the three of us have a long back and forth on MINDSET and SLEEP.  You see the immense knowledge of Dr. Dave and Mollie the ENTIRE interview but this particular subset shows why they are so elite in their fields of expertise!  We follow this up with the use of technology in sleep which leads into the Dr. Dave's creation, the Apollo Neuro.  He provides a landscape of why his inspiration in developing it and the high impact it has on resetting our nervous system and aiding in our mental health!  We also talk about integrating the Apollo Neuro with the Oura Ring and how the data provides huge insight into our sleep and health.  We finished with a long discussion on the impact of wearables in relation to EMF and clear up any confusion that is out there!

I have had some of the biggest breakthroughs of my life recently.  God has continued to carry me, providing me training over the past several years in learning HIS word, drawing me closer to HIM and helping me to discern my purpose.  Understanding that God does not just snap HIS fingers and make things go how we want, he gives us a path and a way but it is up to us to LISTEN TO HIM.  Through this path I was led to Dr. Sean Drake who provided me with what he calls "soul surgery," a way of resetting my nervous system unlike any other, channeling all of my inner strength from God and facing my fears, resentments and inner most negative thoughts head on.  Zero back down, zero worry, and zero fear, teaching me to find my inner strengths, showing me that I AM LIMITLESS and allowing me to not just overcome and face fear, but to embrace it.  In this episode, I discuss how I have been able to do this and connect that with everyone's lives, giving everyone HOPE and COURAGE into embracing your fears!  My goal is to provide hope, inspiration and a direction to helping everyone live a more spiritual, longer and healthier life!

My conversation with Dr Jin is filled with deep insight, yet Dr. She is extremely animated and flat out FUN to listen to.  His knowledge of NAD is extraordinary but the way he conveys the messaging is unlike most teachers and speakers you hear.  Our back and forth is full of synergy, with discussion that is easy to understand but filled with science, facts, yet joy and smiles as we go back and forth.  His positive energy not only resonates in the room but you can feel it during our entire conversation!  

We start right off going into the science behind NAD and into the relation with aging.  Dr. Jin provides deep insight into the direct correlation between NAD levels and their effect on aging.  We carry this directly in to how low NAD effect our health and why it is imperative to get our levels into a health range.  This leads into a long discussion into longevity and then the implications NAD has on heart health.  I press Dr. Jin to get as much info as I can on all the benefits of NAD which transitions into the effect on sleep.  There is a lot of insight many will not be aware on how NAD levels and sleep correlate with one another.  We transition back into another discussion on longevity with more science and facts on the massive role NAD plays into our longevity.  THEN we get into one of my favorite topics, CELLULAR HEALTH.  NAD has a major role in our cellular health and Dr. Jin covers all the bases so that the message is conveyed on how crucial the impact of NAD is on our entire landscape!  We then transition into how to optimize NAD levels with supplementation, navigating through the complexity and misleading world of supplements.  This brings us to NAD precursors and how we need to use a precursor, such as NMN or NR to TRULY optimize our NAD levels.  We then discuss the multitude of ways that are marketed that either mislead or do not help with enhancing our levels, and we specifically dive into NAD infusions.  Dr. Jin helps to diffuse confusion on what we should be taking and what we need to stay away from.

When I was introduced to Dane and we got on a call, it was scheduled for 15-20 minutes and 1.5 hours later, we were still going back and forth and my wife walked in to tell me that I was late for my next appointment.  The INSTANT connection with him was amazing and the continued conversations post interview are truly cherished.  He is a one of a kind type of special and I am beyond blessed to have met him and to have the opportunity to share him and his story with the world! 

Our conversation starts off with Dane discussing his incredible journey of overcoming crohn's, through all the pain and suffering, what he endured and how he was able to battle through.   We then get into a detailed explanation of what exactly chron's disease ulcerative colitis are and how many people are affected by them.  We then shift to all aspects of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) from signs and symptoms, to diagnosis, testing and the role that diet plays into it.  Dane dives deep into the environmental factors and we shift to a entertaining back and forth about gut balance, microbiome and conventional vs non conventional treatments.  This leads us into a discussion on digestive health and autoimmune diseases.  Dane moves forward providing insight into the role of pathogens in chronic illness, touching on many aspects not often discussed.  We then talk about every day toxins and the huge impact they have on our health, along with detoxification and drainage pathways.  We have a big discussion on dietary needs, food as medicine and the importance of personalized diets.  Dane then provides his list of special hacks for ease of building health and wellness.  We finish with my favorite topic of the POWER OF HOPE AND BELIEF.

If you follow me closely then you know I am very careful and selective when it comes to discussing brands, particular ones in the supplement industry.  I have seen far too many agendas and companies pitching their owners or "sales people" to come on podcasts and leverage their business without true care or unbiased science behind their interviews so when I was approached about having Angelo on, given he is the owner of Kion, I was highly skeptical.  After talking with him, seeing his passion, care and immense knowledge base along with seeing how much time, money and effort were put into the Kion brand, particularly the amino acids, it was a no brainer to have him on!  

One of the top selling supplements in existence are amino acids.  One of the most misunderstood and oversaturated supplements are amino acids.  One of the most useful but also compromised supplements are, yes, you guessed it, amino acids.  Differentiation between EAA's and BCAA's, what actually works, how these are made with filler ingredients, timing, efficacy, and what they ACTUALLY do are all highly confusing and polarizing topics.  In over 20 years in the supplement industry I have YET to have someone on either side of the fence break down amino acids like Angelo does in our interview.  He is 20 steps ahead of every question asked and gives unbiased factual insight on the widest variety of questions in our interview from the differences between EAA's and BCAA's, explaining that BCAA's on their own are essentially useless.  We go into a discussion on proper timing, which, when properly explained shows MULTITUDES of prime times to take them.  I push him on the differences and purposeful use between protein powders and aminos and the TRUE effect on muscle growth, lean mass obtainment and weight loss.  Angelo breaks down the amounts different types of people need and can tolerate and gives a master class on the true science behind how they actually work within our bodies.  

What I love about this interview is that his company is based around his TRUE LOVE for the science and the benefits, not the profit.  He cares about educating but also making a product that is truly pure and clean.  We discussed the many fillers, additives and harmful blends on the market and why he has gone the extra mile to ensure people are not only educated but also have their health as the primary purpose and care!  He is an extremely special person and such a huge asset to our community!  My hope is more business owners take his lead and example and prioritize the people that support them FIRST!  Get ready to learn EVERYTHING AMINOS!  DO NOT MISS THIS EPISODE!!

My DEAR FRIEND and Colleague Cynthia Thurlow makes her SECOND appearance on my podcast EXACTLY ONE YEAR to the date we recorded this episode together!  God always has his way of working!  Cynthia is far beyond brilliant... In this episode my goal is simple yet direct... Far too many times we all try to short cuts, looking for an easier way or for things to somehow just magically happen with little to no effort.  Life does not work that way... You cannot outwork a bad diet or out supplement bad health.  It takes discipline and consistency with a willingness to fail and use it as a mechanism to reach success.  I spent years of looking for easier ways out, often making things much more difficult for myself as opposed to working hard, taking in everything as a tool of learning to ultimately bring on success.  Everything in life takes work and effort and when we realize that, we not only find more success but greater health and happiness!  

Remember, hard work always pays off in the end.  It may not always be on our time, but GOD is NEVER LATE!  Trust in HIM, have faith, and you will become a greater you!

My interview with Dr. Susan was a breath of fresh air.  Her true desire to be a patient first plastic surgeon is unlike I have ever seen.  The authenticity that I felt from her and the care in which she exudes to her patients mentally and physically is second to none.  This interview opened up a new side to ETHICS and how valuable and important they are!!  

Our conversation starts off with a discussion on Dr. Susan's long path into cosmetic surgery and how she became known as the QUEEN OF RHINOPLASTY. This leads into the changes in what patients desire from plastic surgery.  She divulges into the mind of the patient, discussing different reasons for plastic surgery, and this portion highlights that there is stigma that it is always about being vain when in reality, there are serious traumas and/or personal issues people are suffering from that brings on the want for surgery.  She then explains what rejuvenation therapy truly is, along with the importance of maintenance and how different her approach is from others.  This leads into an explanation on new methods and treatments that are becoming available to everyone.  She then explains her entire consultation process and how deep she goes into care along with what factors into her professional recommendations.  Then we come to my favorite part which covers ETHICS.  Dr. Susan lives by a standard of ETHICS, where she is known as the patient first plastic surgeon, helping not only to only be ethical in surgical recommendations but post patient care to ensure the patients stay happy NOT ONLY with her procedures but also offering other guidance to ensure long lasting health and longevity.  Dr. Susan then takes my multitudes of questions on procedures from face lifts, to botox, on to fillers and more!  We then move to everyone's favorite topic... PEPTIDES and Susan shows true excitement in explaining her love for peptides and discussing her current stack.  We close with a talk on the impact of cosmetic surgery on patients' lives.  Dr. Susan shows TRUE care throughout and she brings hope to everyone that there ARE great surgeons out there that TRULY PUT THEIR PATIENTS FIRST!  DO NOT MISS THIS EPISODE!!

Let me start by saying that I have interviewed and met some of the most well versed and brilliant people on the planet, especially as it relates to the GUT.  Colleen Cutcliffe supersedes anyone and everyone I have ever met or talked with, taking the knowledge and expertise to an entirely different level.  She provides the most in depth, yet easy to understand, comprehensive yet highly sensible, concepts and information to ensure you not only get a clear understanding but ALL of the tools needed to ensure your gut is the healthiest it can be.  She is truly one of a kind and given the fact I listened to this interview back over 10 times already, she has helped me to grow in my expertise more than an entire college course could ever do! 

The conversation wastes no time and directly addresses the overall importance and role the gut plays in our entirety of health and well being.  Colleen provides easy to understand analysis on the importance of our gut microbiome, breaking down the types of bacteria and helping to overcome the stigma that bacteria means bad.  She explains the different functions our microbiome have and the multitudes of roles they play in our daily lives.  I press Colleen on the differences between good and bad bacteria and she smoothly and efficiently breaks down the differences providing clear and concise understanding on the importance of the good and detriment of the bad.  I give Colleen rapid fire examples of foods and how they pertain to our gut health and as quickly as I can ask, she is just as quick to respond, showcasing her extreme knowledge base.  One of my favorite parts is where she breaks down pro, pre and postbiotics unlike any explanation I have yet to hear.  We have a long discussion on proper supplements to use for gut health and which ones to avoid along with in depth talks on nutrition which leads into fiber.  This is one of the longest parts of our discussion and one that is of the utmost importance to not only our gut health but overall wellness in general.  We end with a discussion on some of the newest innovations as it pertains to glucose control and our metabolism.  Calling this a "masterclass" would be too low of a compliment.  This is unlike any conversation you will get and Colleen's care and dedication to her studies are showcased throughout this interview!  She is truly one of a kind and such an amazing asset to us all.  It is clear to see she is out to do God's work and I am so thankful to be a part of it and share her with you!

I first had the pleasure of meeting Lance Converse at the Eudemonia Summit towards the end of 2025.  He introduced me to his company TONUM and we immediately became close friends.  His level of intellect was noticeable in the first minute of conversation but the best part of Lance is his care and dedication to making massive impact for the well being of us all.  This discussion showcases that care as Lance and I tread into the muddy waters of telemedicine, with a strong emphasis on TRT/HRT/, peptides and the slew of other facets that fall under this umbrella, covering the good, the bad and the unfortunate extreme ugly.  

We begin without holding back and follow that path throughout the entire conversation, starting with the evolution of telemedicine and to what it has become today.  Lance discusses the heavy convolution occurring along with real lack of care towards each individual patient.  We have a lot of back and forth on the importance of personalization and TRUE one on one care, that is lacking in both conventional medicine practice along with many telemedicine companies.  There is still a reliance on a one size fits all mentality along with a lack of true understanding of each patient and Lance's vision and goal is to change that standard and practice.  Lance discusses his vision of an all in one clinic, that covers EVERY base, from diet, nutrition, mental health and a real structure that is accommodating to each individual.  Lance provides his years of experience on seeing telemedicine put their patients on whatever they ask, and often times things they do not need, to make a sale and keep a client spending money.  Lance is on the path to changing this all and setting a new standard in the telemedicine world.

In this episode I take a deep dive into a concept that most do not talk about or think about.  Could GLP drugs be accelerating aging?  As more data comes out with long term use of GLP drugs along with basic fundamental science concepts, there is clear evidence of this to be true.  I will breakdown the entire process of how this is occurring and will likely become a more prevalently discussed issue (if it is not attempted to be silenced)  I also provide thoughts on improper use of GLP's and the attempt for a short cut that does not exist.  Most short cuts end with a longer road and this is yet another instance due to misuse of GLP's.  If used properly, there are many significant and notable benefits but once abused, which is often the case, the damage shows its ugly head.  RESPONSIBLE use and understanding there ARE NOT SHORT CUTS will save people from short and long term damage.  I also discuss bad information that is put out along with the pitfalls of celebrity endorsements and not doing your own research about these drugs.  My insights come from studies, discussions from some of the most brilliant minds on the planet and real life results from thousands of clients that I have coached through GLP use.  DO NOT MISS THIS EPISODE!

I want to start by saying that this interview was one of the biggest honors and privileges I have yet to encounter with a guest.  To be able to share thoughts and ideas with the founder and father of functional medicine was a blessing of blessings.  To be able to learn from Dr. Bland and share his message and voice with the world is something I will cherish and value forever!

In this episode we take a look at one of my favorite peptides, KPV.  Get ready for a breakdown on the multitude of benefits KPV has to offer.  

KPV is a tri-peptide (a protein made of three amino acids: Lysine, Proline, and Valine) that’s known for its potent anti-inflammatory and immune-supportive properties. Here’s why it’s valuable:

My interview with Javant shed an abundance of light on HEALTHY VEGAN EATING! Javant is an expert on teaching how to make the foods you love in the healthiest ways possible!  MANY of us look at foods generally considered "unhealthy" and have the misconception they cannot be prepared in a healthy manner.  Javant breaks that stigma and we discuss HOW he learned to do this and his different ways and methods of doing so!  Javant starts by discussing the healthiest ways to eat as a vegan and explains the differences between being a vegetarian and a vegan.  I am highly curious about how to get quality protein sources as a vegan and Javant not only discusses multiple sources of protein, but also excellent sources of fats and carbs as well as if it is possible to do a ketogenic diet while eating vegan.  Javant teaches how to go about cooking without oils and still producing extremely delicious food.  We then discuss the newest stigma in many plant based foods: oxalates and Javant gives a thorough education on if this is a prevalent problem or not.  The conversation shifts to bodybuilding as a vegan as well as supplements that Javant recommends as well.  We then discuss different aspects and concepts of his new book, why he wrote it and the impact that he hopes that it has!  I was able to get my hands on the book prior to release and can say that while I generally do not promote books on my podcast, this one was A MUST for me to showcase.  Javant does amazing work and while he is quite soft spoken, he showed his charismatic side on our interview as well as his extreme knowledge base and desire to help bring hope and change of health into everyone's lives!  DO NOT MISS THIS EPISODE!

I cannot believe that I am at Episode 100 already and to top it off, with one of the guests that is on my Mount Rushmore of interviews, Dr. Josh Axe!  He is one of a kind and it was my esteemed honor to be able to interview him and especially for my 100th episode!  I do not waste time on this extremely valuable interview, and get right into a discussion on Dr. Axe's new book focused on the Biblio diet.  He provides an really informative and in depth explanation on biblio foods, their importance to our overall health and relationship from how they were described in the Bible!  We then get into a comparative analysis of different food types and I give Dr. Axe rapid fired foods and he gives his insight and some of the responses are mind blowing!  There is a large portion of the discussion focusing on many different controversial foods, and the health implications, both good and bad, that comes with them!  Once again, some mind blowing facts and thoughts given here that are game changing for everyone!  I have a feeling there will be MANY diet changes made after the insights Dr. Axe provides!  We shift to metabolic flexibility, defining it and explaining how to obtain it.  Dr. Axe then discusses ALL aspects of cholesterol, giving a true understanding of facts, myths and misguided information on cholesterol.   This segment is EYE OPENING!  The last segment is extremely in depth on essential supplements, and thoughts on essentials we not only all need but in many instances, are often lacking.  Dr. Axe not only lives up to his reputation, but exceeds expectation of his knowledge base.

Let me start by saying it was a true honor to have this discussion as well as to made a lifelong friend!  My interview with Dr. Daniel Pompa was met with a very high level of expectation and excitement and it over delivered!  Dr. Pompa is not only brilliant but highly charismatic and this combination provides EPIC content and that is what the outcome of this discussion brings!  We start with a long and deep discussion into Dr. Pompa's personal journey of healing and discovery.  The amount of suffering and pain that Dr. Pompa went through but that brought forth his purpose is astounding and inspiring.  Dr. Pompa goes deep into the damaging effect of toxins and toxicity and how prevalent of a problem it is for all of humanity.  We take a sharp focus on how toxins cause and create chronic conditions and how so many people are suffering without a true understanding of the direct cause!  The conversation gets dicey as the discussion shifts to vaccine facts, thoughts and opinions.  Dr. Pompa cites and abundance of information along with first hand experiences in his epic dialogue centered around this particular subject.  This is an emotional and fiery segment that provides intricate insight into facts that many are likely unaware of.  There is a back and forth on the overall health effects that covid-19 has had on people with a clearer picture and understanding of how the virus works and the damage that it can and has caused.  The conversation closes with a very deep dive into the food industry.  There is a lot of enlightening back and forth covering ALL the bases of issues and problems with our foods, how they are produced, the toxins used in them and how they are destroying so many lives.  This information is life saving and changing!

NOTE FROM DYLAN:  This was one of the most enjoyable episodes and conversations I have had the pleasure of having.  Tania specializes in parent and child estrangement and offered tremendous insight into this area, providing insight into why this has become so prevalent, issues with parent/children communication, differences in generational beliefs, parent-child dynamics, the importance of communication, boundary setting, overcoming differences, changes in types of discipline that were once accepted and not as much any longer, the importance of compassion and understanding and how to ultimately fix estrangement.. This was eye opening and a topic I have never discussed... 

HOWEVER, the conversation in the second half of the interview that ensued, IMO, is one of the most impactful that I have yet to have.  We discussed the lost art of accountability and why being accountable has become a thing of the past and has been a major cause in the degradation of respect for each other and ourselves.  We discussed the major correlation between physical wellness and emotional distress and the high impact they have on one another. My FAVORITE part was the discussion on the importance of FAITH and the impact it has on overcoming fear along with how impactful prayer is on every day life.  We also had a big discussion on the importance of COMMUNICATION and finished with the dangers of being prideful and not being able to handle constructive criticism.  

ULTIMATELY, I feel like the topics covered are highly eye opening and can help prepare people for the real world and help them to not drift off into the NOT SO real world.  I truly believe this episode is one of the most impactful I have done and hope that it resonates with everyone!!

I want to say before the description of the episode that Siggi is one of the best humans I have come across.  He has one of the biggest hearts of gold and his mission resonates deeply with me.  

This episode is FULL of extremely beneficial and protective information from the onset, discussing all aspects of liver health.  Siggi goes into detail on how the liver functions and the totality of impact it has on our entire makeup, discussing the many roles the liver plays.  The detoxification process is then discussed in depth, transitioning into different types of medications and what sort of damage they can have short and long term on the liver.  The conversation shifts to diet and the role different types of foods and diet play in the health of the liver, touching on the importance of healthy fats and the dangers of a low fat diet.  There is an extremely important discussion on liver diagnostics and testing, diving deep into fibroscans as the newest most innovative and in depth type of testing.  Of course there is a discussion on how alcohol affects the livers as well as supplements that can help with liver care, with an explanation on Siggi's amazing liver care product, Deliverance!  Siggi leaves everyone with final thoughts about self love and overall health.   This conversation is an absolute must watch, and an extra thanks to Siggi for doing God's work!
