As most of you may know by now, my father BIG Sean Madigan passed away on December 14th, 2020. This episode was recorded on November 27th, 2020. Im going to check all the computers and libraries and see if there is any old episodes, or unreleased content that never made it air, and see if we can release that. But This is the last "new" episode ever recorded with my father. My father loved this show, and all the fans that listened to the show on a consistent basis. We thank you so much for the love and support from all the fans. We sincerely hope you all enjoy this final episode with Sean, and when the dust settles, we will figure out exactly where to go from here, and what the future of the podcast will be. Sifu Johann Sasynuik was the first Wing Chun Sifu of Dudes of Kung Fu co-host Alex Richter. Sifu Johann taught a version of Wing Chun which stemmed from the "Seattle era" teachings of Bruce Lee and was further developed by James DeMile, Ed Hart, and later by John Beall. Sifu Johann and Alex discuss old time stories, including when Alex entered a Jiu-Jitsu tournament at Sifu Johann's request. A fun one for all fans of Dudes of Kung Fu!

Dr. Kenneth Jay holds a masters degree in Exercise Physiology with a specialty in Cardiovascular Function as well as a PhD in Sport Science and Clinical Biomechanics. He is the creator of the RowForge app as well as the founder of the CardioCode and KineticCode certifications. He has trained international and Olympic level athletics, including current UFC fighter Nicolas Dalby. He has training in Wing Tsun, wrestling, Karate, and MMA. Dr. Kenneth has been a long time mentor and friend to Dudes of Kung Fu co-host Alex Richter.
