As a young fella I grew up reading Power Boat magazine, and being a lover of outboards & Mercury's I would marvel at the amazing twin engine ski racing rigs. At the time these boats were more than capable of winning superclass races and sometimes they did! The man responsible for the lion share of these boats was my next guest. He then went to the dark side (inboards) and to this date has won the majority of major titles in the country both in inboards and outboards!
