In this message, The Theology of Technology, we explore what it means to follow Jesus in a digital world. Rather than asking whether technology is good or bad, this message challenges us to consider who we are becoming through the devices we use every day. Scripture reminds us that we were created as embodied people—body, mind, and spirit—to know God deeply and to live in genuine community with others.

As we continue our series, Worship is a Way of Life, discover how practices like communion, Sabbath, and intentional presence help us desire Christ more than our devices and worship Him with every part of our lives.

If this message encourages you, be sure to like, subscribe, and share it with someone navigating the challenges of living faithfully in today's digital culture.

In this message from “Worship Is a Way of Life,” we explore God’s design for marriage and the four words that shape a Christ-centered relationship: oneness, commitment, love, and respect. Through Scripture, we discover how marriage can reflect the love of Christ and become an expression of worship in everyday life.

In this message from Cibolo Creek Community Church’s Worship Is a Way of Life series, we look at how our view of God determines the way we worship God. When our understanding of Him becomes blurry or incomplete, our worship can become distorted—but when we see Him clearly, our lives naturally respond in surrender and devotion.

Looking at Exodus 34, we discover how God describes Himself as compassionate and gracious, slow to anger, abounding in love and faithfulness, and perfectly just. A right view of God transforms the way we trust Him, follow Him, and reflect His character in every area of our lives.

Join us as we discover how seeing God clearly changes everything—and how worship becomes more than a moment on Sunday; it becomes a way of life.

In this special communion service, we reflect on the incredible gift of God's forgiveness and the freedom that comes through Jesus Christ. Looking at Ephesians 1 and other powerful passages of Scripture, we discover that forgiveness is not God ignoring sin—it is God placing our punishment on Christ and offering us grace in its place.

Together, we explore the biblical meaning of forgiveness, the significance of communion, and the life-changing truth that God remembers our sins no more. If you've ever struggled with guilt, shame, regret, or wondering whether God could really forgive you, this message is for you.

<itunes:summary>What if you truly believed you were forgiven?
In this special communion service, we reflect on the incredible gift of God's forgiveness and the freedom that comes through Jesus Christ. Looking at Ephesians 1 and other powerful passages of Scripture, we discover that forgiveness is not God ignoring sin—it is God placing our punishment on Christ and offering us grace in its place.
Together, we explore the biblical meaning of forgiveness, the significance of communion, and the life-changing truth that God remembers our sins no more. If you've ever struggled with guilt, shame, regret, or wondering whether God could really forgive you, this message is for you.

In this message, we begin a new series exploring how worship was never meant to be limited to Sunday mornings. Through Scripture and practical examples from everyday life, we look at how our marriages, parenting, careers, finances, health, and relationships can all become acts of worship when lived under the influence of God.

This week, we unpack two important Hebrew words—shachah and kavod—to better understand worship as surrender and glory as giving God the greatest weight in our lives. Worship is more than songs we sing. It is the posture of our hearts as we bring every part of our lives before the King.

We also spent time praying together, reflecting on Memorial Day weekend with gratitude for those who gave their lives in service to our country, and looking ahead to Baptism & Barbecue next Sunday at 10AM.

This week at Cibolo Creek Community Church, we walked through the story of King Jehoshaphat in 2 Chronicles 20 and explored what it means to worship in the middle of struggle. Through scripture, personal stories, and moments of worship together, we were reminded that worship is not about our emotions — it’s about God’s authority.

This service centered on learning to keep our eyes on God when we do not know what to do.

In this message:

Worship as a lifestyle, not just a Sunday moment

Why worship can become our instinct in difficult seasons

The power of praise in the middle of battles

A simple breath prayer from 2 Chronicles 20:12:
“We do not know what to do, but we keep our eyes on You.”

No matter what storm you may be facing, our prayer is that this service encourages you to trust God, gather with His people, and worship anyway.

Continuing our conversation about worship, this week Jordan Sleed, our worship pastor, turned to Exodus 34 and the story of Moses coming down from Mount Sinai radiant after meeting with the Lord.

The message explores a simple but searching question: who are we becoming?

We are always being formed by what we trust, what we give our attention to, and where we go when we are most vulnerable. Through Moses’ story, we considered how worship is our yes to God, how we become like what we worship, and how the Holy Spirit forms us over time into people who reflect the radiance of Christ.

This service includes worship, prayer, teaching from Exodus 34, and communion as we remember Christ’s body broken for us and His blood poured out for the forgiveness of sin.

Our prayer is the prayer of Moses: God, show us Your glory.

What does it really mean to surrender?

On Senior Sunday at Cibolo Creek Community Church, we celebrate a meaningful milestone as graduating seniors step into a new season of life. As students prepare for college, careers, and what comes next, this service turns our attention to a question that matters for every stage of life: what does it look like to trust God with what comes next?

Looking at Jesus’ prayer in The Gospel of Luke, this message explores surrender as a posture of worship—placing our lives in God’s hands and choosing His way above our own. Whether you are stepping into something new, carrying questions, or learning to trust God in the middle of change, this service is an invitation to listen closely and follow where He leads.

You’ll also hear how worship impacts our lives beyond Sunday mornings, including the ongoing impact of Winter Retreat in the lives of children and students, made possible through the faithfulness of our church family.
If this service encourages you, we invite you to:

Connect with us in the comments during the service
Partner with us in the work God is doing through giving

Thank you for worshiping with us today.</itunes:summary>

In this message, we walk through the resurrection account in Matthew 28 and focus on one powerful line: “they worshiped him, but some doubted.” Even those who saw Jesus alive wrestled with questions. And maybe you do too.

If you’ve ever wondered where God is in your pain…
If you’ve prayed and nothing seemed to change…
If you’ve questioned whether God is good, whether He cares, or whether any of this is real…

You’re not alone.

This Easter message is an invitation to bring your full, honest self—your faith, your frustration, and your doubt—and look again to Jesus. Because the good news is this:

There is room for your questions

Doubt doesn’t disqualify your faith

And the story of the empty tomb still speaks hope

We celebrate a risen Savior—not an idea, but a living King who has defeated death and invites us into new life.

Wherever you find yourself today—worshiping, wondering, or somewhere in between—this message is for you.

Look to Jesus.

What does it really mean to worship God?

In Part 1 of this series, we lay the foundation for understanding true, biblical worship. Looking at Matthew 15, we explore Jesus’ warning about empty worship—and how it’s possible to say all the right things while still having a heart far from God.

Worship is more than singing songs on Sunday. It’s about living every day with a heart fully surrendered to God as King.

In this message, we introduce four key expressions of worship found throughout Scripture. These “four faces” help us examine what’s really going on in our hearts when we worship.

In this special Baptism Sunday service, we celebrate life change through the stories of people taking that next step of faith. Through worship, testimony, and teaching from Book of Acts chapter 8, we explore the story of the Ethiopian eunuch and his simple but profound question:

“What stands in the way of me being baptized?”

This message walks through the purpose of baptism and addresses the common reasons people hesitate—confusion, fear, misunderstanding, or simply waiting for the “right time.” Baptism is not about earning salvation; it is about identifying with Jesus and beginning a life of obedience and faith.
