    <description><![CDATA[<p>GasCast is a podcast produced by University of Cincinnati nurse anesthesia students, featuring interviews with fellow students and practicing CRNAs to explore burnout, mental health, and resilience in anesthesia training and practice. In Season 1, Mary Clare and Scot examined burnout in the anesthesia profession. Building on that foundation, Season 2 is hosted by Hannah and Zach, who blend research, personal experience, and expert perspectives to explore how burnout develops and—most importantly—how it can be prevented.</p>]]></description>
