🖤 Kali, the dark goddess, embodies the potent energy of destruction and rebirth. She wears a garland of 108 severed heads, symbolizing the cutting away of limitations that bind us, and carries the sword of discernment to sever illusion and false hopes. Her tongue and fangs drip with blood, representing the intense detoxification and purification she brings.
 
💫 In our class, we’ll delve into Kali’s teachings of radical freedom and leave our egos at the door. Just like Kali, we’ll destroy old structures within ourselves to make room for new growth and rebirth. We learn to let go of expectation, trying to create a particular result or suppress a specific emotion, instead we acknowledge it all - the steadiness and the restlessness, the discontentment and the joy. For it is from this place we can rest into Grace, even if it is a little uncomfortable or chaotic around us!</p>
