We talk about racism, micro aggressions, self care, the importance of having a safe space to rejuvenate, the AVA mental health wellness report and whether Dhash would take a magic pill to make his skin fairer.
Somehow in all of that Kate manages to not actually swear for the whole episode!!</p>
