<p>Some of my childhood friends join me to chat about body image issues we dealt with in high school, body issues we still face and how we handle them, and even how we navigate food and body issues with our children. Kirsti shares about the pressures she faced growing up with a strict gymnastics background. Sara, her twin sister, also has an interesting perspective since she witnessed so much of this pressure. Emily shares how her body struggles didn't hit until she gained weight in college. All three discuss how boys, their families, coaches, and even churches influenced the way they viewed themselves and their bodies. It's such a good one!</p>
