Gia has a bone to pick with the people writing horse-related dialogue. Keisha does not. Both Gia and Keisha do have a problem with the way Jordan and Portia are not allowed to grow as women, at least when it comes to their dealings with each other. Maxie and Lulu seem to be moving past the hand wringing and hurt feelings, which is good. Brook Lynn and Chase might need a little guidance. Or an intervention. And Sonny and Jason are back to talking about killing people, so at least they haven't forgotten who they are.

Some real growth in Port Charles! Jason and Carly are allowed to see other people. Dante is trying to wish Lulu and Nathan well. James is learning how to swing a bat. Cody and Molly are working on being honest with each other. Britt and Lucas are acknowledging the good in each other. And Charlotte has literally grown ten inches in the past week. On the other hand, the WSB fellas are still little weenies, and Valentin looks like he might have lost a pound or two.

What an emotional week in Port Charles! And so much yelling. Plus a little kicking. So now Joss knows that Carly knows, Carly knows what Joss did, and Joss knows who Carly's hiding. And Felicia knows Lulu and Nathan want to do it, but so far no one knows that Sonny and Justine have done it. Meanwhile, Brook Lynn is beside herself with grief and despair, but she might get a baby out of it. And Curtis could be juggling two babies soon. He might not have the energy for two babies. In other news, Britt and Elizabeth had a moment. And Sidwell is going to have a dinner party. What could go wrong there?!

Well, looks like Sidwell is going to have to murder everyone. Not because he wants to!! But no one is willing to behave! Poor fellow. Speaking of poor fellows--Drew is a sorry sight indeed. Trotted out for a photo op, and Laura was the only one who spoke directly to him. Now, what sort of congresswoman will Willow be? Probably not the sort Laura is hoping for. At least Kai will be keeping an eye on her, right? And who will be keeping an eye on Maxie?!! She's only been awake for a week and is already full of sass. Plus, now Brook Lynn and Chase have stumbled upon a body? Great way to start a date!

Wow! What a week in Port Charles! Brook Lynn did her best to get Chase to let go of his obsession with Willow (not sure it will work, but fingers crossed!). Lucas thinks he can keep himself safe and save Britt's life (not sure it will work, but fingers crossed!). Emma returned home from California and Gio couldn't have been happier (those two are really working!). Molly and Cody got back to a good place because Cody read some books (indoors Cody works just as well as outdoors Cody!). Dante and Elizabeth had a conversation at GH and there seemed to be a little spark (those two just might work!). And Willow and Sidwell are partners (could this actually work?)!!!

It should be an exciting week in Port Charles!

Her family is delighted, of course, but will Nathan feel anything? We're about to find out! Also, not sure Willow or Alexis in Washington is a story we want. And Drew desperately needs to be visited by someone who knows Morse code.

If the right people team up (Joss and Jason), maybe she can be rescued from the evil French mental hospital (we don't know if it's evil--it might have beautiful, flaky croissants), and returned to Port Charles. Emma needs her grandma. And Gio needs Emma. And we need Gio and Emma. Also, stay strong, Lucy!

Britt and Jason will have to pretend they're not an item, but she really needs his help now. Joss doesn't appear to need help, but she does need to get out of this staring contest with Cullum. And poor Alexis! Mrs. Cain is picking up where Mr. Cain left off. Terrible! Also, Chase is turning into a real stinker. Very unfortunate.

So apparently snow has the same effect on the citizens of Port Charles as fireworks. Lots of hanky panky. And the award for best dressed in the bedroom goes to.....Cody! Really quite wholesome. Now, will everything be ruined when Molly discovers her cowboy can read? And a bunch of pairs made some progress: Tracy and Martin, Danny and Charlotte, Lulu and Nathan, Britt and Jason, and Carly and Valentin. Will any of these couples turn into something, or will it be business as usual when the blizzard ends? Now, Joss and the WSB ghoul are worrisome, trapped together on Spoon Island with poor Anna in her yoga studio. And Trina is really beating up Portia, so she might actually feel safer in the storm. Can't wait to see where everyone winds up when the snow melts!

Meanwhile, Ava, Joss, and Britt all appear to be heading to Spoon Island. They may actually have what it takes to shut down Sidwell and the new ghoul in town. So sad that Britt and Jason won't have their date. But, in other news, Alexis will finally get to spend all the time she wants with Scout, and hopefully Danny will too. Will anyone miss Drew?

Curtis definitely needs a lesson. And with all of the fireworks there was bound to be some action! Sparks seem to be flying between Nathan and Lulu, and maybe even Carly and Valentin? Gia and Keisha are back and would like to thank everyone for coming back to the Tan-O! Lots of ground to cover! There were many great moments and performances over the past week with Tracy leading the way. Another standout was Portia! Alexis hung her out to dry and her family wasn't far behind. For someone who claims to care about the baby, Curtis doesn't seem too concerned about Portia's wellbeing. Isaiah is looking better and better. And Scout led another powerful storyline. No one deserves a father like Drew. Poor Scout. Meanwhile, Gio is leading the way in repairing the relationship between Dante and, well, the rest of the family. And Lulu is trying to follow her mother's example, which is never a bad thing. But will Kevin leave Laura to deal with Sidwell without him? It's so nice having him back! And also so nice to have Britt and Brad making friends all over town. Thanks for springing them, Jason!

But who cares about all of that--it looks like Elizabeth has survived the eyelid mite infestation! What a relief!

Also, Valentin is settling in at Carly's, and apparently has the palate of a child. Plus, Portia is boxed in by boys. And Trina. And Kevin is getting right up in Sidwell's business! Be careful, Kevin! But also, good for you, sir, backing up Laura. Let's take care of this guy quickly, please.

If you thought General Hospital was about rich families and crime lords, think again. It's about eyelid mites. Easily overlooked, but not anymore. Poor Elizabeth. Meanwhile, Anna is trapped on Spoon Island, but she can really focus on her yoga now, so she should be very centered and limber if she ever gets out of there. Valentin, on the other hand, is freezing but about to go from Carly's shed to her attic. Sounds a little naughty. Will this be the odd couple we didn't know we needed? And isn't it nice to see Lucas warming up to Britt? Portia and Curtis have some problems. Willow and Drew do too. Maybe even worse than eyelid mites.

Let the honeymoon begin? Willow's wedding night turned out pretty well for.....Michael. And Curtis had a pretty good night too. Turns out canceling a hit is quite a turn on. And Emma and Gio had a pretty good night too---springing a bunch of dogs!! Wouldn't it be great if Sonny kept all of the dogs, and they became important characters on the show? Now Laura. Laura was having a great night with her beloved Kevin (so nice to have Kevin back in PC!), but then it got dark. That Sidwell is one creepy bastard. Stay strong, Laura! Also Dante is being a dink, and Britt needs a vacation from her life.

Thanksgiving dinner made it to the Quartermaine table--briefly--but then was whisked off to GH in the true holiday spirit. Although, it didn't look like there was enough food for more than five or six people. Luckily, Portia and Isaiah didn't want to fill up on food before they got down to business in her office, so that meant more turkey for everyone else. Meanwhile, Marshall and Stella have caused Trina to lose her appetite. Well, Curtis and Jordan could also be to blame for that. But the best news of the day is that Ned has recovered and is home! And Leo made an appearance! Also, the award for Most Depressed Bride-To-Be goes to Willow!

The good news is Liesl has helped Willow and Nina patch things up, so Willow could probably convince Nina to shoot Drew for her if she starts feeling a little hemmed in. And poor Portia should just get out of town. Let's see what Nathan turns up now that he's investigating the investigation, which isn't a bad idea when you're dealing with the PCPD.

And we don't know how Willow is doing with Drew, but probably no better. How long before Lucas finds out he picked a dud too? Plenty of action this week!

No news on how Ned is doing, but poor Rocco is not doing well at all!!! It's terrible, and just about everyone is upset. No plea deal, and he has to go to juvie! And this Dalton guy is not making any friends. Neither is Dante. Poor Gio! Just when he had been ready to move past Dante's previous bad behavior, he gets the same treatment all over again. Dante, you have got to do a little soul searching. Spend some time in the Davis basement, and maybe you'll emerge a kinder man. Also, Trina could use a better storyline. And Gia thinks Emma would look cute in bangs.

Meanwhile, Sidwell tried to charm Laura and did not succeed, although he did manage to scare the crap out of her. Will he do something to Rocco to get her to cooperate? Dear, sweet Rocco? That would be a big mistake. Also, things aren't going well for Portia. Maybe she should take her big sweater and move to Isaiah's cabin. And finally, is Brad coming back??! Gia and Keisha would enjoy that!

On the plus side, Cody and Molly are growing closer, and so are Jason and Britt!

So Lois made some progress with Gio and Brook Lynn, and then she fled the scene. Ronnie is also making some progress, but she's not going anywhere yet. Drew appeared to be making progress with Ronnie, but he's just got too many enemies, and he can't behave himself when confronted. Thankfully, Laura showed up to help put him in his place. Sonny and Sidwell had a little showdown, and they're just never going to be friends. Lots of other movement, including Gio and Emma recruiting Charlotte, Danny, and Rocco to join their investigation into Professor Dalton. Please don't let anything happen to them! Also, Jason and Spinelli had a bit of a reunion but didn't hug. And Portia and Isaiah are together for now. Curtis and Jordan are apart for now.

Maybe she could spin him around? And is Michael showing Willow some compassion, or is he up to something? Plus, what will happen to everyone living at the Quartermaine mansion? Will Ronnie let the nice people stay? Or perhaps just Olivia because she can cook? What will happen to Cody? Also great was Britt's journey from the shower to her encounter with Carly and Jason at Bobby's to her scenes at the hospital with Elizabeth, Portia and Terry (!), and Lucas. So much sass! So much sass!!! And finally, Tracy and Jason's scenes following Monica's death. Wow. So good! Great job, everyone! Gia and Keisha have mixed feelings about keeping a man in the basement! For one thing, if he has to be there, maybe he could be chained to a pole and made to do laundry? And perhaps he doesn't have to wear a suit? That's just mean. Otherwise, good luck keeping your secret, ladies. Men who deserve the basement treatment: Sidwell and, of course, Drew. Both terrible. Lucy seems to be unaware of Sidwell's truly evil nature. Is Willow just as in the dark about Drew? Meanwhile, Curtis and Portia seem to finally be over. Hard to be upset. But does Portia have to jump right into Isaiah's arms? And at work? In other news, Gio might be softening a bit towards Brook Lynn and Dante? That would be a welcome change. They had such a lovely relationship before they found out they shared so much DNA. And over in Croatia, Joss and Vaughn are looking quite vulnerable in their tennis whites. But maybe they know something we don't? We'll see! Lots of movement again this week!

Brook Lynn and Lulu are feeling like stinkers for being so mean to each other, and everyone is ready for them to bury the hatchet. Ditto Lulu and Liesl. It's nice to see everyone trying. Except Drew. And maybe Willow. Also great to see Martin part ways with Drew. Meanwhile in Croatia, will Jason and Britt ever be friends again? And what will happen with Joss and Vaughn? Maybe spies have to sleep with each other? Fun week!

Now, the ADA knows he's bad news, and Sidwell and Marco are beginning to see him as a problem. And you just shouldn't mess with Stella. Finally, our beloved Maxie has been poisoned! She had better be okay!

So much action! From Port Charles to Croatia! Britt is looking beautiful poolside, but she's clearly going a little crazy. Vaughn's hair is not that great. It's fine. But not great. Will Jason show up and remind her what a real man looks like? Or will he have to stay in Port Charles to save a much younger damsel in distress? And someone had better keep an eye on Alexis. She did an excellent job standing up to Drew, but no one could have prepared her for his cold, cruel words. He's lucky Danny didn't hear him say Sam doesn't matter anymore. Terrible! Also, Willow. Is she going to continue to unravel, or will she start to put her life back together? Lots more to keep track of, including the lying, duplicitous Colette! And Jordan's fancy, new apartment.

That's primetime soap opera behavior! At least it's the good kind of ice. Seems to be working. Cody isn't going to know what hit him. Finally, how much time are our friends going to be spending in their softball uniforms? Hard to get excited about that.

Hopefully, all of this lab stuff will play out in a way that doesn't harm any beagles or Gio or Britt. It would be lovely if Liesl could see her Britta again.

Gia is in Maine! Gia and Keisha are sharing a microphone! This may be a mistake. Plus, there are adult beverages. Adult beverages do not equal adult behavior. So, apologies all around. But, on the General Hospital front, Gia and Keisha are still capable of recognizing great characters, great writing, and great acting! Best mom of the year is probably a tie between Laura and Elizabeth. They're both so lovely in the way they dispense wisdom and guidance. Gia and Keisha could use some of that. A round of applause also to Rocco for reaching out to Laura and defending Liesl, to Portia, Nina, and Curtis for being quite civil to each other and looking good at the same time, and to Willow for leaving it all out there. And just knowing Britt is alive and Jason is looking for her is very exciting. Also, Joss is a force to be reckoned with!

Gia and Keisha are a day early (Gia has a gig tomorrow night!). This means they can address some of the things they forgot last time. Namely, Portia and Curtis. And Lois and Brook Lynn (and that other lady). Portia is on a path both Gia and Keisha can support. But, because it is a soap opera, Portia may not come thoroughly clean, which will make Gia and Keisha unhappy. Also, Curtis should embrace this Portia. Meanwhile, this lady with the sweet tea was a bit much, and also not enough. It was nice to see Brook Lynn and Lois working together, but sad that it didn't last. G and K want some healing. Now, Sonny seems to be on everyone's sh*t list. Is he as bad as Sidwell? Do we have to lump Jason in together with him? Surely, they're just complicated and not evil. Right? And it looks like Willow's not as good at hiding her darkness as she might have thought. Or maybe she doesn't know how bad she's become. Drew might have his hands full with this one! A good reminder that you have to be careful what you wish for!

Liesl is back!!!!! That's the good news. That might be all of the good news. The bad news: Nina betrayed Sonny (who was very understanding--he really has come a long way, except for the occasional murder). Sasha and Daisy left Michael with just the two lesser children. Portia was given a very unpleasant assignment (although this might be the perfect way for Michael to rid himself of the aforementioned children). Isaiah has been given a sh*tbox in the woods (where Willow might turn up with these same troublesome, lackluster children). Oh, and Marco missed his mom's funeral. So a lot of balls in the air. P.S. Lulu is the worst.

And how about Sasha deciding maybe Daisy doesn't enjoy being spun around? That's good parenting. Bold parenting. Lovely of Michael to support her when everyone else seems to believe more spinning will be good for the baby. Also, Gia and Keisha are worried about Brook Lynn. Worried about Emma. Worried about Willow? Yes, even with her bad behavior, she still deserves better than to be trapped in a house with Drew. Also, good to see Joel Sartore and his animal pictures, although Gia was distracted by the frog picture which she found unattractive. No offence, Joel. Or frog.

Also, Joss and Vaughn's plan to distract Emma with Vaughn (who doesn't have a lot going for him) ? Upsetting. G and K don't want to see Emma getting hurt. And what will Gio think about this guy sniffing around Emma? Finally, Anna may be the worst cop in Port Charles. This may or may not be a problem.

And he must be tired of all of that Wiley time by now. Also, looks like another fight is about to break out between Brook Lynn and Lulu. Pound her into the ground, Brook Lynn. Plus, still loving Emma, and always great to see Laura!

Gia is back! And, according to her, functioning at 98%. We'll let her believe that. So much happening in Port Charles! A lot of raised voices, but some of them reasonable (Maxie and Chase)! Brook Lynn struck Lulu, and the world rejoiced. Chase didn't strike Dante, and the world was impressed. Jason didn't strike Drew, and that was probably smart, although he could have paid some kid to punch him in the nuts, and the world would have cheered. Willow is finally getting a break from Drew, but he won't stay away for long. Poor Willow. And let's hope Emma knows what she's doing with Professor Dalton. Let's hope Cody knows what he's doing with Ava. Does anyone know what to do with Kristina? Alexis could use some help.

Lucky! Why? What a waste of a great character. Let's hope Lucky's departure doesn't clear the way for Ric. Elizabeth deserves better. Meanwhile, Sasha and Michael have a daughter--Daisy! Shouldn't Michael start fresh with these two, and leave Wiley and Amelia to Drillow? And will Cody become a gigolo? Maybe? That could be fun. Also, Natalia is back to her old self. More fun? We'll see!

Gia and Keisha are coming to you a day early because Gia is traveling to Montana tomorrow. Good luck, Montana! Now, the custody battle. The first casualty: Sasha. Poor Sasha. That baby had better be okay, or Jason, Michael, and anyone else interested in being a father to Sasha's baby will be coming down hard on Ric and whoever spilled Sasha's beans. Meanwhile, the whole Gio situation is still being processed at a high volume. Except for Sonny, who continues to be quite relaxed about everything. Also, does Emma have the skills to get what she needs on the professor without giving herself away? Let's hope so!

It's getting loud in Port Charles! Perhaps a rule limiting the amount of shouting per episode to, say, five minutes? No? Worth a try. Brook Lynn's voice is sounding tired. Gloria's voice could peel paint. Even Rocco is loud. And no one needs to hear Lulu's voice. Kristina, Alexis, and Lucky are sounding a bit nutty, even mental. Sonny! Who knew Sonny's voice would become the most soothing? Wouldn't it be fun if Gio moved in with Grandpa Sonny? Next stop, the courtroom. Probably more yelling. Definitely more yelling.

Some great daytime drama in Port Charles! Now, Lois is catching a lot of flak for the decisions she made re: Gio, but Gia and Keisha are feeling a bit of sympathy for her. Of course, Lulu deserves every bit of criticism leveled at her. She's awful. Tracy and Ned get points for loveliness. As does Emma. Back squarely in the awful department: Drew. How did he manage to find a way to become so much worse?! So much. Pocketing Lila's ring. OMG. Run, Willow, run. Also, the new Michael seems to be working out, but it is early. And Kai and Trina are a very nice couple, but is that enough? And finally, where the hell is Charlotte?

The votes are in, and the winner of best Nurse's Ball performance is----A tie? Gia liked(!) the children at the end. She hasn't been the same since she cut down on the drinking. And Keisha liked Trina and Joss (also their dresses). So, much like the Curtis vs. Portia debate, they have agreed (grudgingly) to disagree. Also, Michael is back! Well, someone answering to the name Michael has arrived and stolen Wiley (notice no one fought him on this). Plenty of soapy goodness (Gia's words) to look forward to this week! And Lulu owes Gio a new violin, right?

Oh boy! Lots of action at the Nurse's Ball! And not all of it embarrassing! First, Nina was great on the red carpet. A real pro. Drew. Well, Drew. Best dressed? Gia and Keisha are in agreement! On that and not much else. Well, Lulu is terrible. They still agree about that. And Gio has some real acting chops! He's not just a pretty violinist! But, oh dear, so much pain. And then there's Alexis and Kristina. Talk about a handful. And Curtis and Portia. Is Curtis too rigid? Or is Portia not rigid enough? Gia and Keisha may never agree on that one. Also, where have all of those dancing nurses been hiding?

Gia and Keisha may never like Lulu again. And Dante is on thin ice. Thin ice! Carly and Nina, well. Those two could be spokesmodels for Sonny's vulva gym. Almost too bad that Joss broke up the fight. And maybe they just need to get Drew in the ring and give him a good, old-fashioned pummeling? Also, can someone pick up the phone and call Michael? Or just send him a text? Now, what will Curtis do about Portia? Is she out after three strikes? Should she be? Finally, how amazing did Ava look in that blouse?! At the end of the day, maybe that's all that matters.

Some stuff going on in Port Charles! At the risk of sounding like a broken record, Lulu and Dante are awful. We hope at least Dante can recover. Rocco is exhibiting some strength of character. Always nice to see in a young man. Of course, Drew has zero character. Sonny is growing as a character. Will he leave Sidwell for Laura, Jordan, and Anna to handle? Throw Joss in the mix, and they might be okay. Although Joss is down a friend now that she has betrayed Emma. Also, Carly is coming on a little strong re: Michael and Willow, and Willow, well, she's not strong enough. Oh, and this Sugarbush Harlequin business is never going to end. Very, very sorry.

Gia and Keisha are a little bit cranky! Blame Sidwell! Who needs this guy? No one! Even his son seems like a dink. And Natalia has very loose lips. Plus Gia has a lot to say about horse casting. Keisha is neutral on that front. Also, Anna is going to continue letting the citizens of Port Charles take care of the serious criminals--good for her! What could go wrong? And Carly is back to being Sonny's buddy. What will Jack have to say about that? Does anyone care? No. No one cares.

On the negative side, there was a lot of Ezra Boyle, Drew Cain, and Jenz Sidwell. A lot. A little is too much. Meanwhile Alexis has made a very bad decision. Terrible. Rik might start looking like the good parent pretty soon. Also, Lulu is being a real pill. Yeesh.

Gia and Kesha are excited! Why? Well, Gia is excited about a possible solution for the worldwide, cow-related, methane problem. Keisha does not share Gia's excitement for that. No, what's got both Gia and Keisha excited is the writing on General Hospital! Lots of great stories hitting their stride now. From Alexis having to deal with Kristina's bad behavior, to Willow and Carly duking it out, to Emma and Anna bonding over how to do good without it going bad. Even the esplanade has become more than just a word that's fun to say! Good job, writers. Good job, actors. And now we get to welcome Daniel Goddard. An embarrassment of riches!

Perhaps Gia and Keisha shouldn't have promised they would do better this time. Gia has had three beers, and Keisha is enjoying the last of her Dutch Barn vodka. So it's possible the content may take a bit of a hit. Although Gia does make a few keen observations, and one or two of them might even be about General Hospital! And both Gia and Keisha continue to be impressed by Emma. Not so much by Lucky's take on Kristina's situation, but they're tempted to chalk that up to bad writing. Plus, Drew continues to behave deplorably. And Sidwell is still Sidwell.

General Hospital turned 62! And there was no money in the budget for even one or two clips! But there were still some nice moments, mostly led by the veterans--Laura, Anna, Sonny, Tracy. They've spent a lot of time in Port Charles, and Gia and Keisha thank them for their dedication! On the downside, Sidwell is back, and it looks like he might be front and center for awhile. Along with his ex-wife and his son. Hmm. Is that good? Meanwhile, Jason really has his hands full being the pretend father to Sasha's baby, keeping Carly safe from her own bad decisions, and trying to persuade Sonny to agree to heart surgery. Which he'll probably have done at some secret clinic even though he just built a state of the art facility right there in town. Classic mobster. Also, Gia and Keisha talked about various cute animals, which may or may not be infuriating. Very sorry.
