I think this is very essential for us as believers to know how to test prophecy just because many have had a misunderstanding concerning this and/or are hurt by this. In this episode I am giving some tools so that people can protect their heart and keep their focus on the Lord Jesus Christ.

The Handicapped Body Part 6

It has been a while but I am still on this series called 'The Handicapped Body'. This time we are focusing on the 'whoremonger spirit', or better yet, 'the spirit of adultery'. We must watch out, especially in the time we are living right now, that we keep are affections and desire towards the Lord (instead of the world). If not, we bring the world into the church and the Christian life cannot mingle with the world. These things can cause our faces not to point towards the same direction in the Body of Christ, which 'can' cause a Handicapped Body.

It is wonderfull if the Body of Christ can function in such a way God has intended. But this is not always the case. In this episode we are not zooming in on 'negativity' or 'exposure', because that is not the goal of the entire podcast. We are zooming in on people placed into positions which they should not be in and the impact that this may have. THis so that we can discern that which is from God and what is not. We will focus on 1 Kings chapter 1 & 2.

Decided today to continue on The Handicapped Body. The purpose is not to spread negativity, but to look towards unity. There are certain actions that we do which will not work for us but actually against us. This time I am diving in on 'being a believer versus being religious'. Are we, including myself, following that which Jesus is saying? Or are we forming our own doctrines, studies, habbits and actions which will not promote The Kingdom of God, but will point towards building our own kingdom?

It is a disorder where a person rejects certain parts of their body. Diving into this subject we will come to find out that there are many similarities to that which occurs in our Christian life and the church.

Continuing on the last episode, here we are discussing certain errors in the Body of Christ. We dive deep into the scripture of Matthew 23:8-10. Basically it tells us not to fixate on titles, but remain humble. Not that one cannot have a title such as teacher, father, prophet etc., but Jesus continues on the fact that we are to remain humble and that we have certain titles to 'SERVE' the Lord and others. Furthermore, I am diving in on some other subjects which causes the Body not to be in alignment with God's Word and will.

Once more we have another interesting episode here, called The Handicapped Body. In this episode we dive into certain actions happening in the Body of Christ which should not happen in the Body of Christ. Ofcourse, this does not include all churches and/or Christian believers. But some things need to be said so that we keep our eyes focussed on the most High God and our Savior Jesus Christ. We need to function as a whole and not independently or serve God the way we feel or want to. May we come back the foundation Jesus Christ has already given and shown us through His Word!

You have to do that which God has told you. I give examples out of the well-known story of Joseph (Genesis 37). Basically, why the brethren of Joseph hated Joseph was because he was DIFFERENT! Still starting this episode where I stopped the last time, the Amorite spirit. This time it is very interesting where we can see that this spirit moved a man of God who we are so font of, king David. One might think: 'How, king David?' Yes, him, king David. I am talking here on how God showed me that even him at one point in his life was moved by an Amorite spirit. There is 3 stages in which David operated when sin came into his heart. We can find this story in 2 Samuel 11 and in this episode I am diving into the 3 actions which David did as he was moved by this Amorite spirit.

The Greek word for witchcraft is 'pharmakia', where we get the word 'pharmacy' from. This again points towards 'drugs'. I am discussing in this episode how the physical impact of drugs can have a spiritual significance.

In this episode I am continuing on previous discussed topic: witchcraft. It's not God's will for you to be cursed. Evenso, you will know that we shouldn't pray against one another. Also what is being highlighted is the fact that someone shouldn't just be placed in an 'office and/or position' only for the sake of their good 'gifts and/or talents'. Looking at the bible, their are requirements for that. I also touch a bit on 'taking scripture/bible out of context for own benefit' and something called 'the slave mentality'.

It is very important that we discuss the matter of the household (husband, wife and children), because from out of it ministry begins. If the foundation is right at home, we can do 'effective' ministry outside of the home. In this episode we stand still at the wife's and the husband's responsibilities. I dive a little bit deeper on the 'husband's love' so that we have a clear picture on that which a man/husband needs to do.

We need to conquer these voices to be able to walk in our calling, assignment, identity and the will of God. If we do not, we will do all kind of actions which seem right in our own eyes, but are actually useless against the enemy. All because we haven't used the right strategy!
