We’ve heard the words so many times:

“This is my Body…

But do we really understand what’s happening?

The Eucharist is not just a meal.

At the Last Supper, Jesus gives us access

to Calvary —

to His Body given up

and His Blood poured out.

And at every Mass,

that same sacrifice is made present.

You are not just remembering something…

You are there.

🙏 Who has poured themselves out for you?

This is how Jesus loves.

And this is how we are called to love.

Calvary is as close as the next Mass.

Jesus takes what seems small… and feeds thousands.

water turned into wine.

Our hearts.

God desires to transform us.

And every time we come forward for Communion…

those same words are spoken to us.

This is not just a symbol.

This is not just bread.

This is Jesus — the Lamb of God.

Jesus could have been born anywhere…

but He was born in Bethlehem — which literally means house of bread.

Because He is the Bread of Life.

From the very beginning, God was revealing His plan:

the Lamb who would be sacrificed,

the Savior who would give His life,

the Bread who would feed the world.

The shepherds came.

The Magi came.

And they didn’t just observe…

They worshipped.

They bowed.

They knelt.

They gave everything.

How do you worship?

What we do with our bodies matters.

Every genuflection, every kneel, every moment of reverence — it all speaks.

🙏 The next time you walk into church… slow down.

You are encountering the Word made flesh.
